Unfortunately, this was the worst blowout experience I’ve ever had. I get blowouts regularly and have never had to leave one midway through before. The hair wash was rough and left my hair extremely tangled. During the blow dry, no brush was used to detangle it, which only made the situation worse. By the time they tried to brush through my hair, it was so tangled that a significant amount of hair was being pulled and breaking (chunks of my hair were on the floor). I ultimately had to ask them to stop and left with my hair unfinished. I was also disappointed with the products used, which left my hair feeling very dry and coarse. I do want to mention the girl at the front desk was very kind and understanding and, given the circumstances, didn’t charge me for the appointment, which I appreciated. I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience because I would not recommend this salon for a blowout.
I went for a haircut because my last experience here was good, but this time it was the worst experience I’ve had. The person who cut my hair was rough while washing my hair and did not follow the haircut I requested at all. I showed a reference photo and explained clearly what I wanted, but he did not understand and did not try to understand. I understand that there may be a language barrier, but communication is essential for a haircut, and there was no effort to clarify. I left with a haircut completely different from what I asked for.
Horrible experience. Hair washing was very aggressive to the point where it was painful and unenjoyable. Blow drying was a nightmare, because my hair kept getting tangled in the brush and was immensely painful. No heat protectant was used on my hair, and better yet, he started curling my hair when it was only about 75% dry. The steam coming from my hair washing cringeworthy, and I could smell the heat damage coming from my head. The guys looked like he had never picked up a curling iron a day in his life. I was horrified at the way he was curling my hair. Do not ever come here if you want healthy hair.

scheduled an appt, but made us wait an hour bc they accepted walk ins over us .... products used were mid and hair wash more painful than relaxing :(((( also blowout who? she was not there
