So extremely disappointed. Went into this store twice, literally an hour and a half apart, and bought two of the star hanging lamps. Both times the employee assisting us failed to mention that these lights, for $40, did not come with actual bulbs nor how poor quality they were for the price. Immediately upon opening they were ripped, tattered, and breaking. One of them had a weird glue stuck to it and the other has a rip right up the side. For $40 you would expect so much better and to actually have some instructions on how to put them together and what kind of bulb you'd need since they don't even provide one. Wish I hadn't even gone in, waste of money.
This establishment offers exceptional gifts. I acquired a Chinese artifact of a money tree as a gift from this location and am very pleased with it. The value was outstanding. The service was exemplary. The customer service representative was highly gracious. One truly receives excellent value for one's money.
TLDR: Staff didn't tell me miku figure was a fake. Went back to store next day and got a refund. Would not buy from this store without researching what you buy beforehand. …
Lots of really cool items. There's at least 4 other stores that sell anime figures in this mall, I'm glad they have other things! We got a nice dragon statue and a few rings, the cashier was very handy. If you want old 80s style dragon, fairy, or skull decor, this is the only store in this mall for it!
Ever since my brother told me about Unique Imports I thought about checking it out and see what they have. When I first entered to the store I was quite impressed. They do have some stuff that I like and I bought them. The employees are nice and chill.
