Sign in to reviewThe doctor is great but the receptionist and her manager totally misunderstood our communication trying to explain an identifican issue. (They made a negative assumption and tried not to even listen)
Dr Steinhauser is a very pleasant doctor. We did a telehealth and she’s approachable and comfortable to talk to. She explains things well. The staff I spoke to was very nice as well. Thank you for all your hard work.
I definitely appreciate and value Dr. Steinhauser’s knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. She is very cordial, actively listens to understand her patient’s needs/issues, and provides knowledgeable answers and solutions in a way that’s very easy to understand.
I had to send the same form to the ladies in the office 3 times. Once through their portal, once to Cynthia and once to Mary. Then, I had to call twice and talk to 3 different people to ensure they received and kept track of my form. Good thing it's not life threatening or I would be dead right now. They cannot keep track of patient documents/records which undermines patient confidence in the entire establishment and makes their whole office look bad. Additionally, the office staff was rude and dismissive. They cut me off several times. When I finally got to finish ONE sentence, I thanked the lady for letting me finish my sentence. She yelled at me told me not to yell at the staff. I told her my voice wasn't raised, I was at work and talking in a hushed tone.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Christina Steinhauser. She was very knowledgeable, and truly took the time to explain the procedure and answer any questions I had. I felt at ease knowing she would be handling my care. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful.
