If I can give them 0 I would for the trauma they put me through and racial profiling. I applied for one of their properties a day before even seeing it because I was that interested which was also a day before they started the showings. I owned a house in 2020 with my ex husband two blocks over so me and my kids were familiar with the neighborhood. I wanted to beat other applicants to the punch so I was willing to take that chance. The morning they began showings my realtor and I seen the property and I wanted to move forward. My realtor reached out to the point of contact which was Suzy to let her know we had seen the property and wanted to move forward with the process. When my realtor sent my App she also sent all my qualifying docs so there wouldn’t be much back and forth. We knew I made enough, background is clean, and credit is good so we’re thinking it should be a breeze. However, Suzy began to interrogate me like no other. First it was “what’s her credit like”, then it went on to “oh she had only had this amount of money at the end of the month on the statement she submitted.”Which was odd because the qualifications stated I needed to prove how much money comes in not how much is left over. She even went as far as to saying she needs to see how much I have in my account currently. This is all by text between her and my realtor btw I have screenshots. After proving I had over 3xs the rent in my bank account her response went silent. My realtor reached out to check the status and her response was “I forwarded it to the landlord for review.” A week goes by still nothing so my realtor reached out again and Suzy says she is reviewing other applicants with no explanation to what happened to mines. I know for a fact I applied first or else she wouldn’t have entertained us to began with. This has racial profiling written all over it which breaks fair housing laws. I will be obtaining legal assistance because this is so unfair.

Danger!!! Do not I repeat do not use this company! First off they are verrrry racist and not to mention no where near professional. So my husband and I were very interested in a a property owned by this company. So we decided to reach out to them. First thing that was a major red flag is they declined my call and sent me messages that they couldn’t talk and that they could only text,it was from someone’s cell phone number which I thought was very unprofessional. So they asked for me to of course go through the motions of the process, tenant form, application and ect. So I did what I was asked and it all seemed legit, so here is when things got pretty questionable. Every day I reached out to this mysterious, Hung Vo, they demanded more paperwork, and which I feel is so they should’ve been asked for all at once in the first place. So then I asked what is the status of my application then they proceeded to ask me for my paystubs just all in all, this was a circus. I had to ask several times after submitting paperwork that they asked for for them to confirm that they’ve received it. Pretty much this was just a cat mouse game. So finally, I did my research and found out that I wasn’t the only person that this was being done too, and looked at some reviews only to see that everything that they did to me looked so familiar. So by then, my husband and I were approved for a way better looking place through a way more professional agency, we just decided that we were going to go up to one of the offices and speak to someone. After waiting three whole hours for a response from someone literally three minutes after leaving the office I get a text telling me unfortunately I was not approved, which honestly was really bogus. They brushed me off, and they were very discriminatory because everything about their mannerisms change as soon as they received a photocopy of our license to see the place. I’m just saying do your research. These people are not good people to deal with, and I will be filing a complaint against them, because I wouldn’t want anyone to go through the awful experience I went through.

Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had with a realtor. Excessive application fees, unresponsive, and created new demands after we'd submitted our application.
