Should have read the reviews… dropped my Mercedes off for service a (an oil change). Called and quoted $273 and said the only thing wrong was the remote needed a new battery, told them I had ordered a new battery and didn’t need it, new quote $265. Went to pick car up $500, new remote battery included. The dealership would have been cheaper. Don’t lie and rip people off Update: called today with an apology and refund for the difference of the quote. Not sure what happened, but appreciate they responded.

A bad experience. Was misquoted for a broken side view mirror, which was not properly installed and when I brought it back to fix (for the third time), charged extra for their mistake. Cannot advise to use — would have been less expensive to fix at the dealership….

I wish I had read the reviews before going here. They charged a $285 diagnosis fee that I was not aware of before I could decide if I wanted any services done. When I asked about this charge, the owner was extremely condescending and unprofessional, and I left feeling completely taken advantage of. There are several other reputable and honest car specialists in town, please save your time and money and go anywhere else.

DO NOT GO THERE. I asked them to check my brake pads, and they came back with a $285 bill just for the inspection. They never warned me that simply checking the brakes would cost that much. On top of that, the price they quoted to replace my brakes was ridiculously high. When I told them I would just take my car back without having any work done, the guy’s attitude completely changed. He became rude and clearly upset that he couldn’t squeeze more money out of me. He barely even wanted to explain the $285 “diagnosis.” Terrible experience.i wished I could out zero star.

Bring your car literally anywhere else, it’ll still be better than this place. I had my car break down a few months ago and was charged an absolutely absurd amount for repairs and other random touch-ups that I didn’t ask for but assumed would be worth it in the long run. I don’t even want to say the number but trust that it’s more than whatever you’re thinking. My car ran great for about a month before the check engine light came on again. I brought it back here and asked if they could just do a check and see if they missed something. They kept the car for almost a full week (after telling me they’d have it back by the next afternoon) and when I went to pick it up they only huffed and rolled their eyes like I was some huge idiot and told me there was nothing wrong with it at all. Drove around with my car like that for a month, because why would I know better than a professional, just for that to cause irreversible damage to the engine. Turns out there was a serious problem there and it took them six whole days to not figure that out! TLDR; do not come here, do not give this place your money, you will genuinely be in better shape even if you have to tow the car across the city :)
