Erika is at it again ya’ll! She took my dry, brittle, salt and pepper , natural hair and turned it into a soft, luxurious masterpiece! The prices are sooo affordable. Keep her booked and busy….but don’t bombard her because I still need my hair done!😂 The other stylist are awesome as well and the shop is very diverse! They do ALL hair and they do not disappoint! Come in and shop for a stylist as you browse the cute clothes in the boutique❤️

I really wanted to love this place. I've been looking for a salon basically since I moved here and this was yet another one that missed the mark. The decor was cute and they had a chic little boutique but y'all, get your plants some sunlight and water! I had booked an appointment for an ombre look and cut for the summer. My appointment took SIX HOURS and I still really do not know why because I ended up with a chunk of yellow blonde bangs and a few weirdly placed steaks in the back. I definitely did not get the curtain bangs with layered cut I asked for and showed and nothing about the cut or highlights looked anything like the photos I brought. When she spun me around to show the final look I was horrified. She asked me what I would change, ma'am I've been here since hours and you took my completely untouched hair and made me look like Cruella deVille. I thought maybe it'll grow on me or isn't as bad as I think but when I went out with friends their jaw drops were not because it looked good I assure you. Being that I have engagement photos coming up, I had no choice but to wait until I could afford an entire color correction to fix this nightmare! Also while I was getting shampooed there was a GIANT cockroach 🪳 running around no one else seemed to notice. 😱 That whole match your style to our stylist schtick is a gimmick that isn't worth your time and money. Go elsewhere because this definitely wasn't $300+ worth of service that I paid nor worth the additional $500 it took to fix!!

The absolute worst haircut I've ever had in my life it looked like a child cut my hair worst of all is they refuse to give me a refund I was trying I was so upset their customer service and their desire for customer satisfaction is zero. Now I'm sorry I wrote this review I went back today to talk to the owner in person who was very kind and understanding and sympathetic took the time to listen to my issues gave me a full refund plus a coupon to come back and let her personally style my hair is she was fantastic I couldn't have asked for any better of customer service and making sure I walked away happy, because of the owner's professionalism I am more than willing to go back and give this Salon another try after all they do have very good ratings and reviews I just happened to catch them on an off day after all are only human

I decided to stop coloring my own hair and embrace the ever-increasing grey. I did not want to wait a year to get the blonde grown out, so I consulted with Maddison about a plan to speed things up. She suggested a several step coloring process to match the natural color that was growing in. Nine hours later and the results are amazing! The color looks completely natural. My hair is soft and healthy looking. The color is so close to my natural color that it is unlikely to be necessary to recolor it in the future. I recommend the salon as a whole and Maddison in particular.

My stylist was Cari and she did a phenomenal job! She was kind and easy to talk to. She explained along the way took steps to assure we had the color I wanted. When I tell you I had really messed my hair up, it was orange. Now it's a beautiful red and feels so healthy after the trim. I'm so thankful I went!
