Nice little spot for matcha lovers. Or, if you are feeling adventurous to try something new, check this place out! I tried the Uji Kintoki. For me, it was different, but it did remind me of halo halo. Service was great. The atmosphere had an urban vibe going on. And its a pretty diverse crowd. Depending on the time or day you go, parking lot may be full. I liked it. I'd come to try the other things on the menu.
Easily one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Vegas! My daughter wanted to check out Urban Matcha, and even with a line stretching out the door, it was 100% worth the wait. The atmosphere inside is fantastic—super clean, modern, and high-energy with great interior details (loved the fun neon signage!). The drinks themselves were absolute masterpieces. My daughter had the matcha with the strawberry soft top, and the flavors and layering were perfect. I ordered the Hojicha, which had a wonderful, rich, roasted flavor profile. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, premium, and smooth without being overly sweet. The staff handles the crowd efficiently, and the vibe makes you want to hang out. My daughter loved everything about this spot and it is officially a mandatory stop whenever she is back in Las Vegas. Highly, highly recommend!
Urban Matcha had been on my Vegas bucket list for a while and to find out during my trip that J-Hope came a few days before I could visit inspired great confidence in my decision. …
Urban Matcha is officially one of my new favorite spots! I tried their infamous banana matcha and wow—it absolutely lived up to the hype. The matcha was smooth and perfectly balanced, not too bitter, and the banana flavor added just the right amount of natural sweetness. That creamy top layer tied everything together so well—every sip was refreshing and satisfying. The shop itself is clean, modern, and has a really calm vibe. You can tell they take pride in their ingredients and presentation. If you’re even slightly a matcha fan, this place is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their menu! 💚
From California to the Desert: A Matcha Miracle in Las Vegas ✨✨ I first fell in love with this place back in California, and it’s one of those spots that just stays in the back of your mind. You find yourself craving that specific earthy richness that only they seem to get right. So, you can imagine my absolute shock and excitement when I was wandering through Las Vegas this week and realized they had a location right here! It wasn’t a question of "if" I was going—it was a question of how fast I could get there. The Soft Serve Showdown: Ube vs. Black Sesame Naturally, I had to dive straight into the treats. I went for a swirl of the Ube and Black Sesame ice cream, and the presentation alone was a 10/10. The Ube is beautiful—that vibrant, classic purple that everyone loves—and it has a great, subtle sweetness. However, if we’re being honest, the Black Sesame is the absolute star of the show. It’s incredibly nutty, bold, and has that deep, roasted flavor that pairs so perfectly with the creamy texture. I personally liked the sesame much more because it feels more sophisticated and less "sugary." Plus, the toppings (those chewy little dango and the crunch at the bottom) make every bite a different experience. The Game Changer: Black Sesame Cheese Hojicha But let’s talk about the real MVP of this visit: the Black Sesame Cheese Hojicha. The sign in the shop says "Toasted Perfection in Each Cup," and they aren't kidding. It’s not just a drink; it feels more like a gourmet dessert in a cup. The layers are what make it: 1. The Hojicha Base: Deeply toasted and earthy. 2. The Black Sesame: Adds that rich, savory-sweet depth. 3. The Cheese Foam: That salty-creamy "cheese" top layer ties the whole thing together. I am so incredibly happy that they’ve brought these high-quality items to the Vegas scene. Looking Ahead: The Midwest & PNW Need This! The atmosphere in the shop is just as good as the menu—super chill, clean, and the perfect escape from the Las Vegas heat. My only real complaint? I can't find them everywhere yet! I’m really crossing my fingers that the team behind this spot is looking at a massive expansion soon. I’m spending a lot of time in Chicago and Seattle lately, and both cities are practically begging for a place like this. Chicago needs that rich Hojicha to get through the winters, and Seattle’s coffee culture would absolutely embrace this level of tea craftsmanship. Please, open up North soon! 🙆🏻♀️
