Steve and urgent garage doors are amazing. I emailed a pictures of an error I was getting and he responded very quickly offering to come out the following morning. Mike did an excellent job from day 1. He explained the entire process for a full garage door replacement. Was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained all the pros and cons for the garage doors and the motors. Didn’t pressure me into any choices but gave his honest input on what he would do. We were able to talk pricing and come to a good agreement. The best part was we had a hiccup with how the garage was installed and Mike and Urgent Garage Doors were very understanding and quickly resolved everything. Highly recommend this company.
Our garage door wouldn’t open which was the reason for the service request. Our technician Mike was amazing! He was able to troubleshoot the problem immediately and had the whole apparatus replaced within an hour. Additionally, he worked with us on a price that we were very pleased with. He explained the new setup in detail including how we will now be able to open the garage using our phone instead of a clicker. We very much appreciated his exemplary customer service!
