After some research, I found Ivy's work and wanted to take my mom here. My mom has been meaning to get her brows redone for some time and Ivy did an amazing job! Not only is she fluent in Vietnamese, she was very patient and kind towards my mom. Ivy made it a comfortable space for my mom to provide her input. It was my mom's first time getting her brows micro-bladed since her brows were tattooed over a decade ago. Ivy corrected the work and made sure my mom was satisfied. 100% recommend her! :)

I had an amazing facial experience! Ivy was incredibly attentive to my skin’s needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Ivy is incredible! My fiancé, Dad, and myself have gone to her for facials and a lash lift (for me). She speaks Vietnamese so it was great that she could talk through the facial with my dad! She’s also very responsive and knowledgeable. Always answers my questions and is honestly so sweet. I love how there are different facial options. Her studio is located inside a bridal shop (being in my fiancé era, I’m probably gonna have to check out the beautiful dresses there!) I’d definitely recommend going to her for your facial and lash lift needs!

Ivy was my brow technician. She did a microblade/microshade combo procedure. Before we made the appointment, she made sure to clarify the prices of each brow procedure and things to avoid before procedure to ensure the brow heals well. On the day of the appointment, the business was located inside a bridal shop. Even though it's small, the store is clean. The restroom was well maintained and I had a restroom break before the procedure. The procedure bed was clean, covered in plastic and paper, and everything she used is clean and sterile. She also plays relaxing music during procedure. She showed new needles before opening and using it on my brows. Ivy was very accommodating with my ideal brow shape and color as well as the second opinion from my mother in law. She offered a mirror and always looked at the brows for symmetry. We made a few adjustments of the eyebrow drawings for a very natural look. This technician used alcohol to prevent skin infection and numbing cream to reduce the pain during the procedure. I did felt needles in my skin and I expected it to hurt. The pain went away after the she stops using the needles. And she put more numbing cream near the end when my mother in law looked at my brows again. We asked her to even out the right side so they look more similar. The end result looks very natural, not too thick and dark. She then explained the aftercare for the brows and gave me gentle soap and ointment for the brows. She was thoroughly explaining the importance of infection prevention and what I should expect during the healing process. Ivy emphasized that she is open to questions and responds in timely fashions. I really was apprehensive with getting permanent makeup brows but she made the process as easy and clear as possible. So far, I received compliments on how natural it looks in person and in pictures on the first day. I will be in touch with her for future services. I'm adding my own photos on my eyebrows before and after my appointment. Hopefully it will help others make the right decision on their brows, too.

I love my new eyebrows! Ivy did a great job in every way. Her system of appointments and reminders was very helpful as well as the before & aftercare instructions! She did a wonderful job and my eyebrows healed beautifully! With no issues. I could not be happier and would totally recommend her to everyone!
