V Bistro - Vietnamese Noodles & Grill

I work with America's Pest Solutions and regularly service V Bistro, so I've had the opportunity to see firsthand how they operate. Their kitchen is consistently one of the cleanest and most well-maintained I've encountered, and the dining area is always spotless and inviting. It's the kind of restaurant where I would feel completely comfortable bringing my own family to enjoy a meal. On my visit today, I ordered the pork sandwich with a peach tea, and both were excellent. The sandwich was flavorful and satisfying, and the tea was the perfect complement. Their menu also offers a great selection of authentic Vietnamese dishes, including a variety of pho, vermicelli noodle bowls, pork dishes, and many other delicious options. Conveniently located near West Fork Plaza, V Bistro is a hidden gem with delicious food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a friendly staff. If you're looking for a clean, quality restaurant to enjoy with family or friends, I highly recommend giving V Bistro a try. You won't be disappointed.

This place is a hidden gem! Do not miss out! It’s not everyday you can find a place that has good noodle bowls, good pho, good spring rolls with a great sauce and fried spring rolls. Found our new favorite spot! Kee up the great work!

Love this place down. After discovering, my normal spot was closed for vacation. Google helped me find the next closest thing which was the bistro. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted and sat at a table. Service was amazing and prompt. The restaurant had a Wi-Fi so I was able to continue working during lunch. My favorite part was that they had a lunch special that came with the pho, a spring roll or egg roll and a drink. So glad I ventured to this place because I love their broth better than my normal place so it will be my new go to spot.

Ate here with a group. Two people order pho beef and I can tell it’s all water down. They use powder for their broth instead of using actual bones. Not enough bean sprouts and veggies. The grilled pork plate- not enough rice. Not enough fish sauce. The pork was dry and bland. Came home and was still hungry. Please take this as constructive criticism to allow you to correct these. The place is beautiful. Good furniture, tables, chairs, and good AC. Good parking lot. My problem is with the food and the service. Had to flag her down multiple times. After we were done eating, the manager checked on us.

First time I’ve ever had PHO and it was fantastic. Spring rolls are delicious as a matter of fact everything I ever had over. There is delicious. Don’t forget their Vietnamese coffee on ice very good very very good. Has a little kick to it as well. Weight staff is nice and good at what they do. They’ve got a fantastic cook back there. I can tell you that. Also reasonably priced if you haven’t tried it in, you’re curious there’s at least three or four things on the menu for everyone.
