V.I.P Auto Service Center LV 1 is an auto repair shop at 7185 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89117, serving drivers in Las Vegas, Nevada. The business is listed with a 4.1-star rating from 604 reviews, reflecting a range of customer experiences rather than a single, universal impression. Reviewers mention visits for oil changes and diagnostic work, giving local drivers a starting point when comparing repair shops on the west side of Las Vegas. If you are considering a visit, it can help to describe the issue clearly, ask what the inspection includes, and confirm the expected price and timing before authorizing work.

Oil changes and vehicle diagnostics are among the services specifically described in customer feedback. Some reviewers report helpful interactions, including one newcomer to Las Vegas who praised an employee named Tatiana and described the staff who examined the car as friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Other feedback raises concerns about wait times, the accuracy of a diagnosis, communication, and how a vehicle was handled during a visit. One reviewer also describes confusion about an advertised oil-change offer and its pricing. These contrasting accounts are important context for anyone looking for an auto repair shop: experiences can differ, so clear questions and written estimates can make expectations easier to understand.

The shop is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and closed on Sunday. Its address on West Sahara Avenue makes it a local option for Las Vegas drivers who want to discuss a repair, request a diagnostic, or ask about an oil change during those business hours. Before heading over, consider calling to confirm availability, explain the vehicle’s symptoms, and ask whether an appointment is needed. For any proposed repair, you can ask what the diagnosis is based on, what work is recommended, and whether the quoted total includes parts, labor, and any applicable fees.

V.I.P Auto Service Center LV 1 may be worth comparing if you are seeking an auto repair shop in Las Vegas and value having both positive and critical customer feedback to review. The reviews do not support a one-size-fits-all promise about service, pricing, or turnaround, so it is sensible to make your decision based on your vehicle’s needs and the details you receive directly. Share your priorities, request an explanation before approving additional work, and keep a copy of the estimate. With expectations discussed in advance, drivers can better determine whether this Sahara Avenue shop is the right fit for an oil change or a diagnostic visit.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I do not recommend this shop. I waited for over an hour before anyone even looked at my vehicle. During that time, three different employees got into my car, and it seemed like some of them didn’t even know how to put it in gear to move it. The actual inspection on the lift took about 10 minutes. What bothered me the most was that when I asked about the cost of the inspection beforehand, nobody told me the price. Only after the inspection was completed did I find out that I was being charged $160. After lifting the vehicle, they simply told me that the control arms needed to be replaced. I already knew there was a suspension issue because my steering wheel vibrates. The reason I came in was to get a proper diagnosis and find out whether it was safe to drive the vehicle home. In the end, my issue was not resolved. I left with the same questions I had when I arrived, but I was charged $160 for over an hour of waiting and about 10 minutes of actual inspection time. For that amount of money, I expected a much more professional and thorough evaluation. I honestly felt like they saw that I was driving an expensive vehicle and decided to charge a premium price for minimal work. In my opinion, this is not how customers should be treated. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this shop to others.

I wish i could put 0 stars cuz this location actually deserve minus five. Went for an oil change ended walking out with a broken handle. And they just put it back out there as if nothing happened and pretended it was broken and I ended up being yelled at and asked to leave by the so proclaimed store manager (saying his name is damien) for reporting the damage done on my vehicle. If you looking for servicing your car and a minimum of costumer service I recommend to check out other stores. This one isn’t worth your money, time and being trusted with your vehicles.

I’m so disappointed. I’ve been a customer here for YEARS! atleast 8+. And Up until yesterday everything was great. However I went in to get a diagnostic, was told it was one thing, took it somewhere else turns out it wasn’t what i was told by the manager Damon, so i’m wasting money. I tried to call him about 3 times within the last hour to ask him what part of the alternator test failed while i’m at the dealer , and supposedly he’s out on a road test. which a road test is EXACTLY what i asked for yesterday, had he done one my diagnostic may have been correct. now no one will answer when i call from my number as if they are avoiding talking to me. I even felt weird vibes yesterday from him as if he was tired of answering my questions. It’s really frustrating. This place has gone down hill with the new management. I will not be back. Lost a long time customer!

Price manipulation / lying through Groupon. I needed an oil change and looked for price deals online. VIP had a "deal" for a 25$ oil change instead of its 65$ price. What they don't tell you is that their regular price for a synthetic blend oil change is always 25$. I thought I was getting a deal for a full synthetic oil change, when instead it was just their full price for a synthetic blend. That's textbook price manipulation
