V.I.P Auto Service Center LV 4 is an auto repair shop at 5150 W Charleston Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada 89146. The shop is open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and closed Sunday, giving local drivers several weekday and weekend options to plan a visit. Whether you are looking for routine maintenance, a smog check, or help with a repair, contact the shop to confirm availability, pricing, and the work your vehicle needs before you go.
Customer experiences mention services including oil changes, smog checks, and air-conditioning work such as replacing an AC hose and recharging refrigerant. These examples offer a practical starting point for drivers seeking common maintenance or repair in Las Vegas, but they do not establish every service the shop currently provides. Ask what is included in a quoted service, whether parts or additional work could change the estimate, and how long the vehicle is expected to be in the shop. For smog testing, customers have described visiting with more than one car, so it may be useful to call ahead if you are bringing multiple vehicles or have a tight schedule.
Reviews describe varied visits rather than a single uniform experience. Some customers praise staff members for being welcoming, attentive, and helpful with scheduling, and one reviewer valued a Saturday smog visit with only one car ahead. Other reviews raise concerns about price, recommended work, or repair timing. The shop’s listed rating is 3.8 from 331 reviews, so prospective customers may want to read recent feedback and discuss their needs directly. For clearer expectations, request an itemized estimate, ask which work is essential now versus optional, and confirm any special or coupon terms before authorizing service.
Located on West Charleston Boulevard, V.I.P Auto Service Center LV 4 may be convenient for Las Vegas drivers looking for a nearby place to ask about maintenance, emissions testing, or vehicle repairs. Its six-day schedule can suit people who need a Saturday appointment, while weekday hours offer another option for arranging a drop-off or visit. The best fit depends on your vehicle, the specific work required, your budget, and the timing you need. Call ahead to check that the service is available and to understand the expected cost and turnaround. A direct conversation before booking can help you decide whether this Las Vegas auto repair shop meets your needs.

VIP Sales has an exceptional dream team in Yammi, John, and George. Yammi sets the tone from the moment customers walk through the door. She is warm, professional, attentive, and makes scheduling quick and effortless. John is an outstanding team leader whose organization, efficiency, and clear direction keep the entire operation running smoothly. George provided excellent service during my oil change and made sure I felt valued and well taken care of. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction reflect extremely well on the company. Employees like Yammi, John, and George are the reason customers feel confident returning and recommending VIP Sales to others. They each deserve corporate recognition for representing the company with such excellence and integrity.
I’m here for a smog for both of our cars. I bought a Groupon and it was about $12.70 each. In my neighborhood in Summerlin smog cost between $25-35. I drove an extra 7 minutes to come here. Totally worth it. On a Saturday late morning, there were customers but for smog there was one car ahead of me. However, when my 86 year old Mom went, they tried to sell her car maintenance she didn’t need. She said they told her she needed a new engine mount for several hundred dollars. I took her Honda Accord V6 that has about 30,000 miles to a mechanic and they said there was nothing wrong with her engine mount. So be careful. They have you go in for a cheap smog and then try to tell you to fix your car that might not be necessary.
I live nearby and was looking for an honest shop, John was super nice on the phone but when I got there it was definitely a money grab over servicing the people in the community. Firestone did my oil change, fluids, smog, tire psi and fixed any issues for $50, someone quoted me $30 to unscrew a singular bolt 🤣 … but in seriousness not going back. Not with a D2D scooter, the work truck, & not with the car collection. LUKE 16:10. FRED MOTORS two blocked over helped me and was super nice :)
This was one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve had. I was told an AC hose replacement and Freon recharge would take about 2 hours, so I planned my day around that. I dropped my truck off at 1:19 PM and stayed there waiting …
VIP Auto Service. I've been getting my oil changed at VIP for several years now here's something you don't know I think. On their website you will see they offer an oil change special for a synthetic oil full synthetic I should say, $39.95 or something like that. You won't see that price posted at their store but if you ask for it they'll give it to you. They do good work and they're quick. I fully recommend them for smog certs and oil changes.
