Sign in to reviewStay away from this place!!! They will RIP U OFF!!! Stopped by to ask how much to change spark plugs? My car never had overheating issues. But all of a sudden while I was waiting there for about 10 mins. The mechanic finally came out and said my coolant was leaking! Opened the hood and coolant was spewing out of reservoir tank! He said I needed to change Water Pump, Timing Belt, Radiator, and Thermostat! Total cost 2K !!! I need my car for work so I didn't have a choice. 3 days after coming home from work " 22 miles both ways" each day, coolant was spewing out of reservoir again!!! I topped off coolant and it happen again and again every 3rd day of driving for a total of around 66 miles each time. Had to take my car back 4 different times on my days off! Still they can't find anything wrong with it?? Finally today 12/26/24 I was ready to let them keep my car for 3 days so they can find out what causing this? The owner Dat Pham called 3 hrs later n said he need to change 4-5 more parts = $350. But he refuse to tell me what parts? I said ok, if I get this done will the problem be solved? He said he doesn't know? It could be a leaking Head Gasket? So i said test it, too see if that's what need to be done? His answer is no, its very hard diagnose and wanted to change these unknown parts first to see if it works??? After paying 2K and now I having coolant spilling over every 3 days! I bought a total of 4 gallons of coolant so far too keep topping off my radiator until I can find a good mechanic that knows what they are doing!! I got RIPPED OFF!!! Don't go here!!! Now I found out there's a bunch of Auto Shop places right across street! On the south side of a street call MORAN at the light from this shop. You been WARNED!!!
Highly recommend this place!!! I needed a tire rotation and stumbled upon this place. The workers were really nice and helpful. They immediately worked on my car. Support small businesses!! Costco had the same price but I'm very glad I went to VN Auto Repair, where there was no wait at all and terrific service. It's located on a quiet street/area, so I hope more people come to this place- they deserve more business.
Very unprofessional staff, extremely rude, only interested in profit. Be careful when negotiating prices! They are not fair! I would never use their services again. Extremely bad place and unfair people! Zero start!!!!! Stay away from this place!!!
Twice now I have been to VN Auto Repair in Westminster. I am such a fan - VN Auto Repair has fixed my Toyota Highlander. Dat is the owner and runs the place - they are quick and honest and the prices are just crazy ridiculously lower than others have quoted. I totally Love these guys!!! I have never rated a business on YELP before but this business deserves good recommendations for the great work they do!
Great experiance! hellped me with a head gasket in my lexus that everybody quoted me at 3000 and up. Good people great service. Highly recommended
