V’s Nails Spa

If you’re in the area and need to get your nails 💅 maintained this spot is fantastic! It's located in a small shopping plaza with tons of great places to eat nearby. I really appreciate how clean and organized everything is here. Whenever I’m in the area after appointments, I always try to visit before it gets too busy. The staff, especially the golden girls aka "elders", are so kind and helpful. They really want to help you out and look your best. I usually get a deluxe pedicure but also enjoy a basic one when I’m short on time. The nail polish lasts a long time, so I tend to remember what color I liked back then. The complimentary drinks are a lovely touch and the breeze is refreshing. You might want to grab some food after or bring a boba from a nearby place to really enhance the relaxing atmosphere.

This salon is a joke. I paid for a gel builder manicure on June 9 that started chipping within 7 days by June 16 it was already coming apart. Builder gel is supposed to last 2–3 weeks minimum, not peel like regular polish after one week. I went back in person on June 23 and instead of taking accountability, they tried to blame me for not reporting it “soon enough.” The audacity! If your gel can’t even make it to the 2-week mark, that’s on YOU, not the customer. Then came the worst part: the owner pretended to issue a refund on her phone, then had her employee sit me down for a redo I never agreed to. I told them multiple times I didn’t want a redo. They insisted. Then they said “we’ll just take the bad review.” So here it is. They gaslight you, waste your time, and do nails that don’t last. Go anywhere else. This place doesn’t deserve your money or your trust, and should not be in business.

I was disappointed with the hygiene during my appointment. At one point, the technician used her own fingernail to press and shape my nail instead of using a tool. This felt unsanitary and unprofessional. Even though I wasn’t injured, it made me uncomfortable, and I believe proper tools should always be used for sanitary reasons.

This review is for Kathy. She does an amazing job and I don’t usually write reviews but I felt compelled to this time. I did a gel pedicure and added deluxe and it was so worth it. The service she gave me surpassed my expectations. I wanted a sheer pink that looks natural and that’s exactly what she gave me. She paid extra attention to detail and gave an incredible massage on my feet too. I can tell she’s highly experienced in what she does. I highly recommend to ask for Kathy!

This is a late review for Miss Nancy 💖 Took me in last minute before my flight so you can imagine how grateful I already was! I was down there for work and my flight was in the evening and after calling a few places (no one them answered by the way) I was so happy to get into Vs Nail Spa! Super cute, clean and relaxing vibe. I was offered something to drink by Miss Nancy and when I told her I needed to be out by 5 PM, she had me out by 4:45 PM! I was impressed and very pleased! She is so sweet and talented, I will be back to see her next month for my fill 🤩 THANKS NANCY!! 💖💖
