Friendly staff, this was the simplest smog check I've ever gotten. Paid $65 cash for a passed smog check, and I believe it's slightly cheaper with cash bc of no card fees. Will be going here for future smog checks!
Went in for a smog test and was told afterward that the OBDII monitors were not ready. I was charged $65 for the initial test and informed it would be another $55 for a retest. While this may be standard practice, it didn’t feel right—especially as a first-time customer who had just gotten the car serviced and wasn’t aware that it could affect readiness. When I explained this, I was told it’s not their problem and that I could go somewhere else if I didn’t want to pay again. Customer service and basic guidance matter, especially in situations where customers may not have all the technical knowledge. A quick pre-check or even a heads-up would have made a big difference.
Walked in on a saturday and they saw us immediately. Very nice and professional and we were done in 30 mins.

I went here for a smog check. It failed first time, paid ~60. I just did work on the car, and they run the test and failed and told me I needed to drive the car for a couple of hundred of miles before doing it again. Supposedly, they will give me a discount of 5 dollars. I camr back after driving 1k miles and if passed. Paid another ~60 dollars. Discount if you pay cash. Everything is smooth quick l. They are friendly. Note: worker at autozone and told me that the price of smog check should cover two tests if it failed. So the place should have not charged the second test. I couldn't verify the law because I couldn't find it. It would have been nice to save 60 dollars and keep coming back. But I'll check out other places that can do two tests for the price of one of it fails the first time.
