Sign in to reviewFelt like hell dealing with this place! My vehicles been in and out for nearly 3 months with each repair check engine light was still showing. Took it back 5-6 times for them to figure out what was going on. Latest time I took it back they did something to make my lights go out. Vehicle sat there for another 2 weeks with nothing done and hardly any communication from the owner. Decided I was picking up my vehicle to take it elsewhere so told him he asked for one more day so I gave it to him and told him the exact time I'd be there the next day for pickup. Went the next day and my vehicle was not there. Called owner and texted owner no answer. Spoke to someone at the shop who called owner and he immediately answered for them. He told them he needed 2 more hrs with the vehicle and did not want to bring back to the shop. I ended up texting him again that I would be getting cops involved and suddenly his phone worked to call me. Im sure my vehicle was used for personal driving with how much gas and miles were on it from the time I dropped off. Very unprofessional place. Took my vehicle elsewhere and they were able to repair within a couple hrs. Will be looking into a lawyer to handle reimbursement for the issues they caused and reporting to attorney General.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! After 3 months of "it'll be ready tomorrow" not only did my son get his truck back NOT repaired, but WRECKED!!! Owner is unprofessional to say the very least! Didn't tell us when or how the damage to the vehicle occurred, only that he had a "friend" that could repair it as if after all this we'd want to deal with anyone associated with him! We have made a report and will take legal action against this business! Save yourself the headache and do not do business with this shop!
very very bad service neighbors truck for a transmission swap took one year I brought a 1997 prerunner Chevy to get an engine swap provided engine just been sitting for 5 months will upload pictures
Car was taken 5 months ago for transmission repair under warranty and has not been worked on. No transportation to check on the car and every time we text or call Juan he has one excuse after another.
Juan will definitely find a solution. His time management is a little off but it's worth him taking a look at your vehicle. Example! I wasted over $500 for a simple $20 fix that Juan recognized as soon as my truck was unloaded to his shop by AAA. No more yard mechanics for me.
