Great experience with this law firm helping me petition for my mom’s immigration case. They were professional, responsive, and made the whole process much less stressful. As the petitioner, I had a lot of questions, and they always took the time to explain everything clearly. They handled all the paperwork carefully and kept us updated throughout. Thanks to their help, my mom’s case went smoothly. Today my mom received her green card thanks to the Valdez Law Firm! Truly appreciate John and Ivan’s hard work and dedication through out the whole process! Highly recommend for anyone needing help with family-based immigration!

Ivan helped us with our I-130 interview process and he was extremely helpful, any questions we had he was quick to respond and was very knowledgeable. It gave us a sense of confidence moving forward with our process, he was punctual and made sure to explain everything that was going. We were nervous going into our interview but he kept it very professional while giving us a sense of ease that allowed us to relax and trust the process. Thanks you for all your help Ivan!

First off I want to thank God, for allowing us to meet this firm. He has been using each instrument here at the firm to helping us accomplish what we have now. I cannot express how great full I am with the WHOLE team that Helped us since DAY 1. With less than a year we were able to get my husbands Visa for Residency APPROVED. I really want to cry over the gratitude that I have over everything and everyone. But I'm on a flight 😂 I'm on a flight back to my little kids from El Paso (near Juarez Mexico) and very happy and greatful with the work that each one has put into my husbands case. At the beginning we were nervous and worried- for any outcome but everyone made us feel welcome, assured that the process is in good hands. We want to thank with a big WHOLE heart ❤️ to Attorney Patrick, Attorney Ivan, Edgar, Joyce, Richard, Denise, Mariana, and if I forgot your name I am sorry but believe once we come back to take a photo we will give you a big warm hug! Muchas muchas gracias! I have a flash back when we first came with our little first born boy and si was big preggo last Fall Season.. My born was running up and down. And not 1 time did they get bothered. They have payment plans, and if you can't pay immediately they are patient with you. They take each case seriously because they care about you. Even when ICE was starting with all its movement, they let us know that they would be a call away... Yes we get anxious to hear from the firm, but remember they are working behind doors... It's take a village! Asta el ultimo momento te ayudan... Hoy era la cita de la entrevista oficial. Y todavía el lunes nos ayudaron con revisar un una ultima forma. Like 10 mins before they close... Seriously thank you..... To God be the GLORY!!!!!!!!!! Amen! Mexico querido y lindo!

I had been hesitant to post this but it’s been 10 MONTHS since “you are on the waitlist for a call back, we will reach out”. At first things were going okay, but our meetings were rushed at times and while we were in the office with the attorney he would have other clients on zoom (mics off) but why couldn’t he give all of us priority in terms of time management with each appointment? Why hold 2 appointments at the same time? Needless to say we called back multiple times and we kept getting the same response “waitlist”. It’s understandable they are busy but 10 months and still nothing? Our case wasn’t pro bono/free, we were paying our dues and doing our due diligence checking in for about 2 months afterwards. We are at a better place now. I wanted to share this because I found it unfair and unkind.
