Sign in to reviewYesterday I went here to get help for my immigration paper, so I can bring my boyfriend to the U.S. The service here was excellent. I was helped by the girl named Amy. The cost was $2400.00 for everything. The good thing was, they let me owe 50%. This place is excellent! They got office in Vietnam to help me when I go to Vietnam. So, I signed the contract, then they girl ask me if I use yelp, I was like why???? She then ask me " how was my service today?" I said excellent! Then she said " can u give us a review on yelp base on the fact how u experience with us? I was like " your office on yelp?" I thought only food service on yelp. Now even immigration is on yelp? So I promise Amy that I will write a real review! This girl should get a raise!
This is my initial review for this office Need help with immigration service ? Want to save your money & time, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!! Let me make this short simple. They didn't know how to handle my case. It took me over a year to get everything done. On every step, I had to find out myself (either Googled it or asked the officers at USCIS Office) then tell this office what to do next. Towards the end, my wife called and complained about their service, their employee hung up on her. Then Anthony (the boss) called back and yelled at my wife like a lil girl. I wish I could rate them negative. Just do yourself a favor, go somewhere else for immigration help. This office is the worst !!! My feedback above reflects my bad experience with Van Phong The Xanh. I, myself, own a few businesses as well, and I don't treat my customers the way you guys treated me and my wife. No matter what happened, my customers are right. Just in case, if they're wrong, I will explain to them nicely and professionally. I make sure all of my employees do the same; otherwise, they don't work for me. In this case, when my wife complained about the service this company provided, the employees did not only handle it properly but also screamed at her on the phone. Seriously, just imagine "a man" (Anthony) screaming at a girl without letting her speak or say anything. I appreciate their offer to refund us, but I won't take it. As mentioned on the private message, this company provided the service, therefore, they have to get paid to cover the rent and employees. I don't want any refund, I wouldn't take any free service from anyone. All I want was an apology to my wife, but there wasn't any. All I received was a begging message.
I was here to get my green card application to submit to the government. The girl who talk to us was very nice. They showed me the fee me the contract. I took the picture of it when the girl charged my boyfriend credit card. So nice, they accept credit card. And they even let us owe $600 until we got the letter for interview. She told us that we will meet the director when we got the letter for interview from the government, I thiNk they call them uscis or something. I like the service and the fee. They are very Pro! Contract and fee table all ready, with a big poster too. I went to the restroom and saw the back office was big! They have so many employees In the back. I saw the big boss in his nice room, I think he is he boss. Well! You only know that this office is big when you walk to the restroom In the back. I was told to go see a special doctor for immigration paper work. They give me the address and name of the doctor. Cool! I like this place!
This company helped me with a fiancé visa for me and my now husband. I am from Canada and he is from Cali so we used their office in Garden Grove and the review is only for this branch. I can see the 1 stars are based from frustration but this company has nothing to do with it, it's simply the immigration process itself that takes forever and Van explained that to me patiently and kindly. Result: 13 months after I received my K1 visa and then green card for low fees.
This is office has to many customers. I have to wait to long to see the Manager Anthony. I like this guy! he is very straight forward, but the waiting is long long long!
