Dr. Nguyen is wonderful! Great bedside manner and great with kids. All three of my kids go to her!

Dr. Nguyen is an exceptional pediatrician. She is incredibly thorough at every visit, taking the time to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and make sure nothing is overlooked. Her depth of knowledge is evident in the way she explains things clearly and confidently, helping us feel informed and reassured about our kiddo’s care. She is genuine, attentive, and it’s clear she truly cares about our kid and our family. We always leave feeling confident in the plan moving forward. We’re very grateful to have found such a dedicated and highly knowledgeable pediatrician.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Nguyen for the last 4-5 years... she is now 13 and we have always had great care with Dr. Nguyen. She takes her time, investigates issues and is caring and kind.

I took my son in today as he's been under the weather for the past few days. They scheduled me a same day appointment. I got there 10 min early. The front desk told me there has been a mistake in the schedule and they can see me at 215 rather then 145. We weren't seen by the nurse till 220. At 235 I went outside to see when the doc was coming to see us. I was told she'll be there soon.Dr. Nguyen came in asked me a few questions and her tone was like she doesn't even care.. she wasnt kind or friendly. She failed to introduce herself. I was VERY disappointed. I felt very rushed! I was talking to my son and she started to over talk me. I felt she wanted me out and really didn't care to asure me everything is ok. I would NOT recommend her to anyone! Wish I can give negative stars to her. .

If I could give zero stars I would. I came into the doctors office today to see Dr. Vania Nguyen and to my dismay, with no notice, she did not see me and my children after I made it to my appointment on time. We arrived within time constraints for the appointment. When we arrived, we were told to wait in the waiting room (which we did), and a nurse came out to tell us that the doctor was going to determine whether or not she would be able to see us. I came in with my two sons, who are currently under the weather. My youngest is 1 and my oldest is 2. The only difference between my family and that of any of Dr. Nguyen’s patients in the waiting room today, is that my family is mixed (black/jewish). I felt as though I was treated incredibly unfair and my poor children were made to suffer with their colds during this terrible cold season based on the color of their skin, and the fact that we were new patients and not as important as her already established patients. Unfortunately, no one tried to right this wrong. I stayed for about 45mins after my appointment should have started, just hoping that someone could please explain why my family couldn’t be seen. The office manager (replacement) would not give me a real reason why we couldn’t be seen versus the other patients. Not only am being a lot nicer than the way I was treated, I have never felt so uncomfortable in a doctors office in my entire life. The fact that the (replacement)office manager, the nurse and the doctor all knew that my children were sick and still refused to see them was shocking…AGAIN, we were on time for our appointment. I already reached out to the friends of ours that recommended this doctors office and they mentioned that even though they had not had this same experience due to the fact that they were not black doesn’t change the fact that they have heard others say the same. This was the more awful experience and I intend on sharing my experience with as many potential patients as possible. Choose wisely
