We have been with Vargas and Vargas for almost 30 years and love how they've always treated us like family. We've worked with several people over the years but Suzanne Johnson (and previously Billy DeFreitas) has been our primary contact in the last few years and the customer services she has provided has been top notch! Infact, anytime we've called in with a question, everyone has been very kind, diligent and welcoming and I think it's a testament to the type of business the Vargas family runs. I firmly believe happy employees make for happy customers. We first joined Vargas in 1996 with our Home in Roslindale and later included our car and additional properties in Brockton. Recently, one of our homeowner's policies went up drastically in price but when we received the renewal, included in it was a re-quote for another provider for a much better price, saving us over $1000. Suzanne did that for us without our even asking. I loved that she provided us with options so we didn't have to shop around ourselves. That went above and beyond and reminds us of why we love the team at Vargas so much. Suzanne didn't just say "we value our customers" she showed us just how much!
