This is such a great dentist office. My boys and I really love it, and I tell everyone I know about it. I actually pass several other dentist offices on my way here, but the standard of service matters more to me than convenience. I recently had crown work done and had to reschedule because the crown didn’t fit the way they wanted it to. Honestly, that made me appreciate this place even more. It showed me that they hold their work to a high standard and won’t settle for anything less than the right fit. When it comes to my teeth, I wouldn’t want it any other way.
They wouldn't let me use the services my insurance covers for free. I just wanted a standard cleaning. They claimed my teeth were very dirty and required a deep cleaning. I suggested doing just the standard cleaning for now and perhaps the other procedure another time, but they refused, saying I wasn't a suitable candidate. I could understand if I were asking for a more invasive procedure that put my life at risk, but I was asking for the milder option. If the result wasn't perfectly clean, that would be my problem. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
The service was amazing. Dental assistant Andrea went above and beyond explaining every step of what to expect and making sure I was comfortable throughout. Thank you Also dental assistant Hlah was super great ensuring the X-rays were all set and settling me in for the procedure. The front desk staff Melanie was so sweet and warm. Dr wang extracted my tooth effortlessly. She was so tender and attentive to every detail. Such a great team. Thank you all.
Ventana Family Dental was very friendly and thorough. They did a great job with my husband’s exam and were also able to extract his tooth the same day. Jasmine was wonderful with the follow-up calls, helping get my husband in for the same-day extraction and making sure his medicine was called in. The whole staff was friendly, attentive, and made the experience much easier for us. Highly recommend!
