I took my 2016 Mercedes to their shop as it has the dreaded sag on front side. The staff here was extremely knowledgeable and guided me towards the best decision needed for my car to get it back on the road. They gave me honest, clear, and heartbreaking recommendations. I knew the repair was not cheap as I went to the dealership first. Then went to a local Auto Haus and still was not pleased with the overall solutions recommended and the money I needed to get it done. That was eye opening. I did pay for diagnostic (300 at MB and 250 at Dat haus) on each occasion to ensure I was in the correct ballpark in what was needed. Then from a neighbor's recommendation she mentioned Vic Auto. I was instantly pleased in how transparent and genuine the staff was. Jonathon and team are amazing. It is about the money overall as I could have bought 2 cash cars for the repair but it was extremely cost effective and the honest recommendations at whole fractions less than the other two I did not need to go anywhere else. Do your homework and then come Vics for expert advice and work. You will still be able to eat at five guys afterwards.

This was my first visit to Vic Repair Shop. My first impression was of the cleanliness and well maintained parking lot. Upon entering the business it is also very clean and the staff were very pleasant, professional and engaging. I only had an oil change from a coupon; however there were no hidden costs or pressures for additional services. The waiting area was really nice with a coffee bar, soft drinks and snacks. The service was prompt and says later, there are no issues. I will return as well as give referrals☺️

Vic Auto is where I take my car for all my repairs and maintenance. The quality work, transparency, and friendliness of staff make them an easy choice. Photos are sent preceding any recommended work with a range of importance based on safety or necessity. They also give you a discount after a more costly repair (up to $150 off) for the next repair without an expiration date. Tyler and Jonathan are also great guys working the office making the experience that much better. Vehicle repairs today are costly, but I know when I go to Vic I’m taken care of. Would recommend!
