Very professional, flexible, affordable, fast, I drove in with no exhaust at all and left the same day with a brand new full exhaust that sounded heavenly. They also have delicious food truck on site. My place to go now.

Brought my Honda in to replace catalytic converter and they did this same day- they even offered to take me home and pick me up when it was ready. Everyone was very friendly and honest, literally showed me underneath the car where issue was coming from. The work is excellent and the prices are very fair. I recommend to anyone looking for quick, caring auto care.

PREDATORY, INCOMPETENT, AND AN ABSOLUTE SCAM — RUN AWAY! IF YOU ARE READING THESE REVIEWS, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION! I am utterly disgusted by how Victor’s Auto Services operates. I had my car towed here at 11:30 AM after calling DAYS in advance—and the morning of—to specifically confirm they could perform a DIAGNOSTIC SCAN AND A SMOKE TEST WITH DOCUMENTED RESULTS. I heard nothing for over 8 hours. Past 8:00 PM, they finally called just to claim I needed a whole new engine. When I asked the guy on the phone what diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) the computer threw, HE COULDN'T GIVE ME A SINGLE ANSWER. Instead of explaining the test, he just rushed to tell me they were closing, but promised to "find a new engine and give me a price." The next day, they called back demanding $2,800 for an engine swap. I drove straight to the shop after work to get real answers. I asked point-blank for the diagnostic codes, compression numbers, and block test results. NO ONE COULD PRODUCE A SINGLE PIECE OF PAPER OR PROOF. Then came the kicker: The guy at the front desk looked me in the face and said, "We aren't AutoZone, so we wouldn't have codes. We only do inspections." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Why lie on the phone and take my car for a diagnostic test if you don't even scan codes?! You took my vehicle under false pretenses, charged me $150 for 5 seconds of pulling an oil cap, handed me a bogus "needs new engine" line without running a single actual test, and then tried to scare me into a rushed decision by slapping a $50/DAY STORAGE FEE threat on the invoice! The staff puts on a "nice" act, but they are completely clueless, dishonest, and predatory. Every question was met with evasions and excuses. I fell for their good reviews, but I should have listened to the negative ones because they were 100% RIGHT. It doesn't take much to do your job and be decent human beings, but this shop completely dropped the ball. Save your money, save your sanity, and take your vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE!
