I was looking for a shop to help me with oil change using my own lube and filter. Called up Victor shortly before lunch. Victor accepted what I offered for the labor and asked me to stop by over lunch. Within 20 min, not only he had engine oil changed, but also did a quick check up for lights and brakes. Highly recommend!

Victor has been one of the best people to do business with in my entire life! He's taken care of all the vehicles for my family for about 15 years or so. Not once have I had any issues with his services and he's always gone the extra mile to take care of me. I love my 2007 Dodge Charger like a pet, she’s basically part of the family, and my 12 year old son has already put in his claim for it when he turns 16 lol. Took a last minute road trip from San Diego to Los Angeles, and my car basically had a heart attack, it kept overheating and spewing all kinds of hot fluid. Had to be towed back to SD. Dropped the car where I have been servicing it over the last few years in Poway. Long story short, they told me to make funeral arrangemtns, the engine is dead. This was very bad news. I knew that rebuilding or replacing the engine was going to be pricey. Logically, it made sense to begin looking for another car… "( BUT FIRST, I CALLED MY GUY ViCTOR. He found me an engine and gave me quote at an amazing price, WOW! Still driving my Dodge and turning heads. On top of all this, he's just a hell of a guy and I always have a good time talking with him! Absolutely exceptional customer service. Labor is always honest and priced fairly. Definitely a mechanic you need to build a relationship with and can trust. It's a rarity to come across mechanics like this nowadays and I've been going to Victor since I was a teenager. He has always provided consistent, efficient and reliable honest work.

I've had him work on my Camry and RAV4 since around 2005. He's done great work at a good price, and he never upsells extra work. In fact when I've told him to use his judgement on whether extra work was needed while he already had the car apart, he has decided no almost every time. Trustworthy and affordable is a great combo.
