THIS SALON IS A SCAM AND THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA AT CHECK OUT. I called said I wanted a partial Balayage but I need to discuss with my hairstylist. I went to the store after 40 mins I called and discussed with my hairstylist Yuli, then decided to do a full highlight $199. This was clearly discussed and confirmed with my stylist (Yuli) before the service started(they have the camera). The highlights were done from the root, which is consistent with a traditional full highlight--not balayage. At checkout, the owner suddenly claimed that I had received a balayage instead and increased the price to $250. This was never discussed or agreed to beforehand. On top of that, I was charged an additional $145 for toner, which also was not clearly explained in advance. I paid $370 for a full highlight at the end. When I questioned the charge, the explanation kept changing, they said it took a lot time and it was actually a Balayage, I felt pressured into paying for a service I did not receive. The situation escalated to the point where the police were called by owner, which was completely unnecessary and intimidating. The owner was super rude the whole time, she kept yelling at me and said a lot of bad words. She is Vietnamese but she is super racist towards Asian. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. Pricing should always be transparent and agreed upon before the service, not changed at the end. I would file a claim and not recommend this salon to anyone based on my experience.
Amelia gave an amazing haircut! I’ve never been in a shop that had so much presence. We have been to multiple shops looking to find the right shape for my hair, she was able to listen to what i wanted and was looking for while completing what i needed. My girlfriend and I thank you!
Bri is the best!! She did my hair for the first time and did not disappoint she did an amazing job. I had the best experience ever with her, definitely my hair girl from now on !
I went in last Sunday with Yolie! I told her I wanted to start over with my natural roots and go back to my dark hair after being blonde for 2 years. She took such good care of me and was so welcoming she listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations!! I’ve been getting so many compliments on my hair I’m like yall have to go with Yolie at Vidogi Salon. Definitely will be back for a retouch! And maybe to talk about the Love island reunion? lol amazing work!
Amelia was so freakin amazing! Love my cut & color! She took the time to understand the style & color I was hoping for, and used her knowledge to bring it all together! Love it so much! And also props to her awesome salon owner, who made sure all clients were comfortable. This place is amazing! 🤘
