Vidura Spa. Nails Lash Massage

I just wanted to leave a helpful review for someone that may be in my situation - I was very excited to get my nails done for the first time in a very long time. I picked a tech that had really pretty designs. Kiana has some really intricate and cool looking work so I went in with some inspo pictures of her work. I requested to get two specific designs and also wanted her to have some creative freedom. I will admit I’m not fully understanding of how long nails take and the process so it occurred to me later in the appointment that she was finished with the designs almost but she did not do one of the designs I requested. When I asked her if she was still doing it she said no. I felt super uncomfortable as I advised I wanted that design before we started . She asked me if I still wanted it, I said yes. Instead of taking off the design that was on the two nails (which also included heightened texture) she decided to apply polish and the new design on top creating both of these nails to be super bulky and odd shaped. She also had made a mistake on one of them and when I asked if it was able to be fixed without creating a texture issue she replied no but id have to reapply… at this point I was super bummed and felt awkward as I didn’t want even bulkier nails so I said I’d just leave it then. I decided to reach out and advise of my experience a week later so I could provide pictures that could easily show the difference in bulkiness but the location advised , “While the service appears to have been completed to professional standards and the design selected during the appointment was executed as requested, we understand that personal preferences can sometimes evolve after the service is completed.” The lesson I take from this is that some places believe that these experiences are ok. I will sadly stick to not getting my nails done as this experience was really disappointing… but hopefully this may help someone else.

Had my nails done by Cricket, she was super friendly. I requested to have gel x nails removal/soak off and a new set. I had a great experience and recommend this place. I will definitely be returning.

Eli has been doing my nails for almost a year now, and i leave every appointment highly satisfied with how they look. Eli always takes such great care of my nails, they are professional, attentive and consistently does an incredible job. I mean the pictures of my nails speaks volumes. I highly recommend booking your next nail appointment with Eli!!!

I had a disappointing experience at this nail salon. The customer service at the front desk was poor, and there were no design options for regular nail polish. Even for gel, they had no ideas or suggestions. You basically need to bring your own design. As someone with little experience getting my nails done, I came hoping to relax and feel pampered, but the environment didn’t help at all. My stylist didn’t say a word, so the appointment felt silent and honestly just boring. I didn’t relax at all. Strengths were the Valentine’s effort with decorations, and the place seemed clean, with no bad odors (but also no pleasant aroma). However, what really needs improvement is the front desk. She only told me where to pick the color but didn’t bother to help or guide me, giving short answers and looking ready to go home. At one point, the front desk asked another employee about design options just to confirm, and the employee replied, “We don’t do that.” Later, I asked if I could do a French style, and they said it wasn’t even an option for regular polish, which felt strange. The nail work itself was okay, but the polish chipped very quickly (even after only putting dishes back). For $28 for a regular polish, I expected better. For new clients, a nail salon should be warm, welcoming, and helpful, greeting you politely, explaining services, offering design ideas, and making you feel comfortable and taken care of. A great salon creates a relaxing environment and communicates throughout the appointment so clients leave feeling confident, pampered, and satisfied. Sadly, that wasn’t my experience here, and I won’t be returning.

I've been to Vidura Spa many times before. My nail technician and massage therapist was Natalie. The first time I went, a few years ago. she was so great that I always asked for her. Natalie is the best! (I did not see Natalie there yesterday so I do not know if she still works there. If she does, adk for her!) I used Class Pass there yesterday, so I did not pick my nail technician. But, I really wanted to be pampered so booked the 60-minute Shangri-la Pedicure; their $68 pedicure. I was so disappointed. She is a nice girl, but my pedicure took 2 hours and 16 minutes. I did not feel pampered at all because I was left alone most of that time because the tech was also doing a manicure for someone else. My hot towels went cold. And, the massage on my legs and feet was rushed. My back and buttocks were so sore from sitting in place for so long. My toe nails look great, but the lack of attention and massage was unbelievable. I went primary to get (as their web site states) their "massage which will expand blood vessels & encourage blood flow to relieve chronic stress." I did not leave feeling pampered, I left feeling like I now need a whole body massage (which I could have got in the extra hour and 16 minutes this pedicure took).
