The windows are always full, everything is fresh. People love this store. I live close to this store and often buy various products here. I like to buy fish that they clean nicely for you, shrimps and various meats.
Great selection, super well organized, easy to read labels, good prices and nice produce. It feels like everything is authentic but also friendly for non-Vietnamese with signs that describe the produce and suggestions. Also they have great vegetarian options including hotpot ingredients.
A few days ago, I bought two durians here, and they were so good that I came back the next day and bought another two, making a total of four durians. Out of the four, three of them had the same color and tasted great. However, one of them had a completely different color and tasted completely different from the other three. The next day, I brought that durian back to the store and asked if it was possible to get a refund or exchange it for another one. The staff tasted it and said there was nothing wrong with it, so they refused both a refund and an exchange. In the end, I had no choice but to throw the entire durian away. The point is that I bought four durians, and only one of them was completely different in both color and taste. I wasn’t trying to return it just because I didn’t like it—I genuinely believed there was something wrong with that particular durian. This was the first time in my life that I’ve ever tried to return food because of a quality issue, and I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled.
Great great great. Only problem was my state id says not a "real id" confused the hell out of the liquor sales counter. He was like "it says its not a real id" he had a point. Never thought about that but why the hell would your state id …
Food court had some good Banh Mis! However, groceries and other items were priced slightly above average compared to other local Asian Grocery Stores. Overall, place was clean and convenient to reach.
