Sent the info and money for processing in the afternoon and received the visa today via FedEx (I am from other state) Wednesday. I am amazed at their speedy service. Their communication was also super and responded to my message instantly. I am so happy and would recommend their service to everyone. Please give them a try.
I come here for all my travels for the past many years and will continue to do so in the future. The staffs are so friendly and always there to help. I would recommend to anyone who need a good price travel packages and airfare. Great job Athena and Ivy!

If I could leave negative stars, I would. I’ve never met and worked with people so greedy and difficult to work with in my entire life. Don’t ever book your tickets with this agency because all they want is your money. All the prices they charge are triple, if not, even more than that for any sort of thing you need. They will book you the most terrible seats at the most terrible times saying that it is the cheapest price and then overcharge you for it after, you’re way better off booking it directly with the travel agency. Once you’re booked with this terrible agency, it’ll be like you’re trapped and held hostage . Every ticket changes you would need, expect to pay at least $300-800 per person for your tickets. They also messed up on our visa and then started to blame us. If you did your job right the first time, it would’ve never happened in the right place. I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse experience on vacation solely because of feeling trapped by this horrible travel agency, I feel bad for all the people who don’t know any better that fall for the trap of convenience when there’s so many better options out there. If you are seeing this, I am warning you to run away and book directly or somewhere else. Hell I would even help you book the tickets for free if it would defer you away from these money hungry, deceptive, unreliable scammers.
I’ve been coming here since they opened a few years ago. I always had the best fares, and the staff provided very good service. They’re knowledgeable and they aim to find you the best deals. Plus their Vietnam visa is super fast.
