My experience with Vietlink Global has been extremely disappointing. I entrusted this company with a package containing items of significant value, both financially and emotionally, intended for my loved ones in Vietnam. When the package was lost, I expected the company to investigate the matter, communicate with me, and take responsibility for resolving the issue. Instead, I was informed that the declared value of the package was extremely low, which drastically limited the compensation available. It felt as though the company relied on this technicality rather than focusing on the actual loss suffered by the customer. Throughout the process, responsibility appeared to be shifted to employees, third-party providers, or other factors, while no meaningful solution was offered. What was even more frustrating was the lack of communication. Phone calls and messages were ignored, updates were scarce, and I was left to pursue answers on my own. Losing a package is bad enough, but feeling ignored after the loss made the experience much worse. People do not send packages to family and friends overseas simply for their monetary value. Many packages contain gifts, personal items, and expressions of love that cannot be replaced. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and professional customer service when problems occur. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before using Vietlink Global. If your package is lost, be prepared for a difficult claims process and limited assistance. I have ultimately been forced to consider legal action to pursue a resolution that should have been handled properly from the beginning.

A very frustrating experience with Vietlink shipping service. My package was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks, but after 3 weeks there was still no update. Calls often went unanswered, and I had to drive to the store just to be told the package was “still in Hanoi.” Customer service was extremely frustrating. I called and texted multiple times, only to receive delayed responses and excuses. Eventually, I was told the package was likely lost and that it was the fault of a third-party company. To make matters worse, the declared value of my package was listed at around $200 instead of the actual value of over $2,000. I was then told to wait even longer for a claim despite having receipts, photos, videos, and proof of the package contents. The most disappointing part was the lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism. What should have been a simple shipping process turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.

I have sent my package around Feb 24th and until now the package still hasn't arrived to the destination. Online customer service is terrible, keep saying they will check with the US side and get back to me but just silence. The US rep kept telling me they will ship in few days but it never did. I even called the owner and they somehow forgot to ship my packages, blaming one of the employee. After promising to ship it right away, 2 weeks later, no update, no repsonse, my package is still in the US and now they blame the war in Iran that makes it hard to book a flight !! I asked to return my package and they didn't respond. This company is technically stealing customer's goods now. The service have gone downhill and I will never use them again.

I want to share my experience working for a VIETLINK GLOBAL where the owner consistently failed to pay salaries on time — and in some cases, did not pay at all. Many employees trusted the employer and worked hard, only to have their efforts and time taken advantage of. This behavior shows a serious lack of professionalism and integrity, and it has caused significant financial and emotional stress for the staff. I hope sharing this helps others be cautious and pushes the company to take responsibility for treating employees fairly.

Been here a few times. Never experienced inadequate services; only negative people come here with nasty attitudes. They take their time to wrap your items to ensure it does not break during shipping. Even though it’s slow with few clients, each employee handles it one by one with care, not rushing to catch another client, so I’m delighted to see this!
