Vietnam Market is a grocery store in Houston, TX, located at 16510 FM 529, Houston, TX 77095. The space is described by shoppers as clean and welcoming, with friendly staff at the register who go out of their way to make visitors feel at home.

While it's a full grocery store stocked for everyday Vietnamese cooking, the real surprise for many guests is the food. Several reviewers came in to shop and ended up staying for a bowl of pho after catching the aroma drifting through the aisles. The pho here is served family style, and customers rave about the rich broth and generous portions. As one shopper put it, the proportions are huge and the flavor delivers, making it an easy spot to grab a satisfying, comforting meal alongside your wekly shopping. The atmosphere leans authentic and community-minded. Vietnam Market is a genuine Vietnamese-owned business where Vietnamese is widely spoken, so a translation app can be handy if you're still learning the language. That same authenticity is part of the charm for diners and home cooks who want the real thing, from pantry staples to a hot, fresh bowl of nodle soup made the traditional way.

Open seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, this Houston market is convenient whether you're stocking up on ingredients, exploring Vietnamese groceries for the first time, or simply craving pho that locals call fire. If you're searching for an authentic Vietnamese grocery store in northwest Houston, Vietnam Market is worth a visit, and the bowl of pho might just be the reason you come back.

I was so excited to go in but I was met at the door with the powerful odor it almost made me turn around. The lady at the register was nice, she spoke which is why I added a star. I wanted to check out their hot bar but it looked old and terrible, like it was there since the day before. The fish they have out, hard no. I went around 3-3:30. Nothing in there seemed fresh at all. I stuck to canned foods which they had a lot of. I have no idea what that smell was but it smelled like Durian, death & fish. They need to fix it EXPEDITIOUSLY.
