Simon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to fixing some really big parts of my car. He stayed in communication the entire time and was able to complete in a timely manner as well.

I can count on one hand the amount of reviews I’ve given in my life, but Villanueva’s Express Auto deserves one. These guys are the epitome of good and honest work. I had taken my vehicle across town searching for someone to give me a good deal on fixing a minor unibody dent on a car I had purchased. Even with firm and consistent negotiating with multiple stores (I always try to get the best deal), I was quoted $1000, $500, $720 for something so minor. Many of these collision repair stores prices are inflated due to insurance coverage payouts, so trying to fix something on my car without insurance was a pain. One popular collision repair shop I visited (whose business name I won’t mention) had a member refer me to Villanueva’s Express Auto after some discussion. He told me that if I was trying to get the best deal, he doesn’t know anybody better than them (they all say that). Regardless, eager to find the best deal, I followed the members advice. He told me to look for Simon, so I drove over there and met with him. I explained my problem, and after some consideration, he told he could do it for $250. 50% off the lowest quote I was given up to that point? Sold! Not to mention, without any of these compromises necessary to get the lower prices of the other shops (like taking off the entire back bumper). So after having enough time to give Simon my car to get it fixed, I gave it to him, and he had the car finished in about 24 hours. I paid him the $250 + tax, and went on my way. It wasn’t until I was driving home that I realized that he had done a lot more work than I asked. To fix the unibody dent, I had to give Simon a blind stop sensor connected to a bracket in order to match the other side of the car (as the sensor and bracket was broken off where the dent was). I planned on getting the dent fixed with Simon, then just putting the bracketed sensor on myself, and then doing the electrical connections of that sensor with another shop (of which I was quoted ridiculously high, as electrical work would be). Though, as I’m driving off I realized Simon and his crew went ahead and did all of that for no extra cost. All of my electrical codes were gone, such as the parking sensors and the blind spot sensors. This shop saved me so much money. Me and my friends will be getting our cars fixed here going forward.
