I was really craving vegetarian pho, and this place delivered. The pho had a great flavor and came with plenty of crunchy vegetables and tofu, which made it very satisfying. It has more of a fast-casual setup where you order first, find a seat, and your order is called when it’s ready. The food itself was delicious and hit the spot. Overall, it was a good experience.
We were sick and wanted pho as comfort food. It was so easy to order on their app and step in quickly to pick up. The broth was still super hot when we got it home, they followed my no onions and no bean sprouts instructions which most places fail to follow, and it was super tasty.
I wanted to try it out after seeing they opened a location in Renton that's kind of like a Chipotle style. The broth was decent, good but nothing really special. I really liked the brisket, it was soft and very tender. The price was pretty bad. It was $17 for one meat or $18 for two meats (which is what I got). The portion you get for the price is very terrible value in my opinion. It's 50% more in in cost and 50% less than what you'd get at most other pho places around. Overall I'd give this a 70/100 stars a more one and done type of thing for me.

First time trying this Vietnam Vegan Pho and Rice vermicelli cold Salad with Shrimp and chicken. Taste so good but if they add cut Fresh chillies must be more nice 👌😁😋. Hopefully they will have more options for Vegan. All the staff very friendly and kind. Thank you 🙏
