If you are looking for a broker who operates with professionalism, transparency, and fairness, this may not be the right fit. My experience was marked by consistently difficult communication, including brief and often curt responses to legitimate questions, which made normal business interactions unnecessarily challenging. There were also significant concerns regarding financial management and accountability. Payment processes were informal, with fees requested via PayPal, and there appeared to be a lack of clear, consistent accounting practices. At one point, payments were declined by my credit card provider after the company was flagged, which created additional complications. Due to the absence of proactive account management, a balance accumulated without clear communication or resolution. Rather than working collaboratively to address the issue, the situation escalated at closing when I was unexpectedly moved to an 80/20 commission split without prior notice. This resulted in a substantially higher payout to the broker than what was contractually outlined, instead of simply reconciling the outstanding balance. What is particularly concerning is that I am aware of similar situations affecting other agents within the office, where comparable commission adjustments were applied under similar circumstances. This suggests a broader pattern rather than an isolated incident. This approach felt punitive and inconsistent with the terms I had agreed to. It ultimately led me to end my association, as I place a high value on ethical business practices, clear communication, and mutual accountability. I would strongly encourage others to carefully evaluate their options and ensure they are working with a brokerage that aligns with their professional and financial expectations.
