VIPER AUTO REPAIR LLC.

VIPER AUTO REPAIR LLC. is an auto repair shop at 4725 N Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28213. For drivers looking for a local place to discuss a vehicle problem or arrange repair work, the shop is located on North Tryon Street. Customer feedback includes a positive mention of body work, as well as substantial concerns about other experiences, so it is sensible to speak with the shop directly about your vehicle and expectations before authorizing service.

The available information identifies auto repair as the business category, and one customer specifically praised the shop’s body work. Reviews also refer to mechanical repairs, including work involving a diesel truck and a torque converter, but those accounts describe mixed outcomes and do not establish a service guarantee or specialty. If you are considering repair or body work, explain the symptoms, ask what inspection is needed, and confirm which work the shop is prepared to perform. A clear conversation before work begins can help you decide whether the proposed service fits your needs.

Customer experiences reported online are notably varied. One reviewer describes a positive result with body work, while several others raise serious concerns about vehicle condition, repair quality, communication, costs, or damage during service. The business has a listed rating of 3.7 from 33 reviews. These comments are individual accounts, not a substitute for discussing your own situation, but they are useful context when comparing Charlotte repair options. Consider asking for a written estimate, a clear description of the diagnosis, and approval before any additional work or charges.

VIPER AUTO REPAIR LLC. is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and closed on Sunday, according to the listed hours. Its Charlotte location may suit drivers who want to speak with a nearby shop during the workweek or on Saturday. Before visiting, call to confirm availability, the type of repair offered, estimated timing, and whether towing or drop-off arrangements are accepted; these details are not specified in the available business information. Bringing your vehicle details and a concise description of the problem can make the initial discussion more useful.

For people comparing auto repair shops in Charlotte, the most practical approach is to match the requested work to the shop’s confirmed capabilities and establish expectations in advance. Ask who will inspect the vehicle, how the estimate is determined, whether parts and labor are itemized, and what warranty terms apply, if any. If the concern involves a vehicle purchase or an ongoing repair dispute, request relevant records and clarify the next steps directly with the business. With its North Tryon Street address, Saturday hours, and mixed customer feedback, VIPER AUTO REPAIR LLC. is a local option to evaluate carefully and contact with specific questions.
