Amazing experience! Visiting Nurse Private Home Care was able to get my dad in home care very quickly. All three ladies who came to help my parents were fantastic. They were caring and kind and they were continually looking for things to do to help my parents. I have referred numerous other people to them and I don’t do that lightly. I will not hesitate to hire them again in the future!
Visiting Nurse Private Home Care staff have cared for my brother and sister-in-law for almost 2 years. I HIGHLY recommend them!! They have given me great peace of mind. There has been very little turnover of office staff or caregivers. This continuity is quite valuable, and from what my friends tell me, quite rare in the private home care field. The caregivers not only do their job very well but they go “the second mile” by doing things like sending me pictures of them, calling me with reports of how they are doing, etc.

I first started using Visiting Nurse Private Home Care in 2015. Katie and her team are the BEST! She hires people that Katie Jones would want taking care of her Mom and you can tell. I fell in love with the caregiver they sent for my Mom and Sylvia became such a part of our family, Sylvia sat with us on the front row at my daughter's wedding. Every other caregiver after Sylvia was great also and Visiting Nurse Private Home Care even provided 24 hour caregivers when my Mom was in the hospital. My Mom passed away in January and some of the caregivers and Katie lost a family member just like we did . Many of them and Katie were at her service. The last 5 years were not worry free, but certainly much easier knowing I had a great support system to help me when needed. I liked it so much, I recommended the service to my Aunt Bettye when she came out of a Rehab Center and needed overnight help on short notice. Of course, Visiting Nurses pulled through and Bettye had a qualified caregiver that was not allergic to cats in a short turnaround. Visiting Nurse Private Home Care is flexible and quick. Bettye had a spider bite that required someone to clean it each day. Her regular day person, hurt her back and we needed someone quickly and since Bettye was already in the system, Visiting Nurse Private Home Care were able to get someone out the same day.
