Other reviewers report disappointing interactions, including concerns about product quality, staff acknowledgment, and requests to return purchases. Those differing accounts matter when deciding where to shop: take time to inspect items, check that a product suits your needs, and ask about the store’s return policy before paying, especially when purchasing gifts or items that may be opened. Reviews reflect individual visits and may not represent every shopper’s experience, but they provide practical context for planning a visit.

Store viva Vegas from the North outlet Vegas. Very disappointing experience. I visit Vegas for the first time and While browsing the store, I accidentally dropped a water bottle in plastic, and it broke immediately. The poor quality of the product was obvious. Instead of showing any understanding, the saleswoman rushed over and insisted that I pay for it. It was clearly an accident, yet there was absolutely no goodwill, no empathy, and no customer service. Combined with the unfriendly and unhelpful staff, this made for a very unpleasant shopping experience. In my opinion, many of the products in the store look very cheaply made, from the plastic souvenirs to the T-shirts. After this experience, I was not impressed by either the product quality or the customer service.
I’m here in Vegas visiting and I came to this gift shop it was not too expensive and seemed nice. I went in with my mother father and 5 year old sister. My mom got mugs, shirts, and pens. My sister got a toy like a chicken toy those that you squeeze. She squeezed it because she’s a CHILD and the cash register lady told her, “No only squeeze once” and my sister got like sad or nervous and my dad came and is like it’s your because I’m going to buy it for you. So my dad got mad and is like I’m leaving I left with my father to another store there. Then my mother and sister were left in the store and my mom went to pay and she saw the mug was a bit cracked so she’s like o I don’t want this one anymore and the cashier lady is like o go put it back. My mom said when I leave I’ll put it back and the lady like kind of mad stomped off and my mom kinda didn’t like that so she’s left so bad service because she didn’t even say good morning how are you or nothing she should learn how to treat client good. thank you for your time reading this.
I walked out the door took a picture of what I bought for my daughter's and they didn't want them. I kindly asked for a refund several times and they would not refund their products less then five minutes after I bought them. The employees were extremely rude. I asked for a manager and they would not give me the name of the manager.
When a customer is in front of you to purchase and pay, acknowledge them. Only time I was acknowledge was "cash or credit" and that was it. No hello how are you, no thank you for visiting us, nothing. Absolutely rude. September 6th 2025 at 5:45pm
Awesome place for a tourist, tons of nice souvenirs, and the only one that had my size shirts as well! Higher quality clothing than the other tourist shops. Definitely would recommend stopping here if your after any type of souvenirs, or Vegas swag 🤙🏼 Staff was friendly, and helpful as well …
