Very relaxing. Abigail is phenomenal! My first time there, she listened to my concerns and gave her recommendation. Abigail makes you feel like you're the only person that matters when she does your hair. She's an excellent natural hair stylist but does it all. Professional and knowledgeable. If you want something done and it's not good for your hair, she will let you know her opinion and suggestions. She is not in this just for the money she loves her work and it shows. I will continue to be a repeat client.

She was very attentive and accommodating. She matched me with a stylist and scheduled my appointment for the following day. Amazing! From the moment I walked in to the salon, I felt welcomed and at ease. The salon had a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable about natural hair care. My stylist, Lisa, was very knowledgeable, with over 30 years of experience. She also seemed passionate about her craft. Since this was my first time getting my natural hair dyed, she took her time to assess my hair type, and explain the entire process thoroughly, which eased my mind. I especially liked that she was super hospitable and patient with me. The attention to detail and personalized care made all the difference. I also appreciated the education she provided on maintaining my natural hair. It’s clear that she truly cares about the health of clients' hair, not just the styling. If you're looking for a salon that understands and celebrates natural hair, Vivid is the place to go. I left feeling confident and absolutely in love. I’ve been a client at Vivid for years. My stylist Seline is wonderful. Vivid stresses hair care first, so if you are having a problem with breakage or thin spots her results are excellent. She is also a great stylist. I have had many compliments on my hair.
