I recently visited Vivian in Texas because my hair extensions were falling out. They had been done by someone else, but oh my goodness, she was able to reinstall new hair for me! She did an incredible job, and now I have three rows of hair. I absolutely love it; my hair looks fantastic. My husband was so impressed that he can’t even believe my hair. I decided to go to Vivien to get extensions for the first time. She was attentive and kind, guiding me through the process of installing and maintaining the extensions while ensuring that everything was comfortable for me. It was obvious that she cared a lot about her customers and their experiences. If I had questions or concerns, it was easy for me to reach out to her and ask about them. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a service to install extensions in.

I had an amazing experience with Vivien and her assistant, Len. They were both so attentive, kind, and did a wonderful job! Vivien knew exactly what to do to cover and beautifully blend my gray hair, and I'm so happy with the results. She and Len were incredibly compassionate, considerate, and patient with me, especially since I was feeling a little nervous about how everything would turn out. Despite her many years of experience and expertise, Vivien was so kind and gracious with all of my questions. She never made me feel rushed or silly for asking them and handled everything with professionalism and genuine care. I also really appreciated that she offers a 3-day window after your appointment in case you have any questions or concerns and need her help with anything. That gave me even more peace of mind. I would highly recommend Vivien to anyone, and I'd definitely love to try her hair extensions someday! Amazing experience most definitely will be coming back, love ms viven personality, she’s she does a beautiful job come visit her if you need your hair done ladies. Most definitely do recommend first hairstylist to get the perfect look I’ve been wanting for a long time. She’s my number 1 hairstylist I won’t be going anywhere else but her. Love my hair ❤️❤️

Vivian truly offers what you would expect at a high end salon. I came to her with damaged almost black hair and really wanted some vibrant red throughout with dark low lights. She told me what that would require (one long session or two) in order to achieve what I wanted. I did in two but the result was truly worth waiting for. Hair of my dreams exactly like the photo I showed her. My hair is healthier to boot! She does a thorough job and offers a comfortable space with amenities. With the shampoo I got a wonderful scalp massage and protein hair mask which leaves my hair super shiny and fresh all week! She was able to solve some of my hair issues with me including my dry scalp. She is incredibly knowledgeable and makes sure you love your hair!
