Sign in to reviewMy breaks were diagnosed as needing to be repaired immediately and Jiffy quoted me a price well over $1k, yikes! Loc took a look and he and his team was able to do the work, same day, for about half the price that Jiffy quoted me!! My breaks were squeaking pretty awfully every time I braked for about 3 years.. after about a half day of work with Loc and his team, the brakes work great, the car stops smoothly and the horrible squeaking is gone!! Thank you Loc!! I will be bringing my wife's car to you next!!!
I've worked with the Vtec team twice. They are well trained and do good work. They don't push for unnecessary repairs and even look for ways for me to save money. As a woman, this is a huge stress relief. I do have some trouble with communication on the phone, but they are always able to help when I get the go-ahead to bring the car in.
The clutch on my 167k miles 2015 Civic SI was starting to fail and I needed to get it replaced quickly. I was recommended by a friend to bring my car here and I am glad i did. Loc was honest, thorough, and professional. My car feels brand new now. I will gladly bring my car back here if I need any repairs in the future.
I change oil in this shop for my new Honda CRV only to support Vietnamese community. The shop took the car and change the oil, I saw they use a dirty oil container to pour the oil into the engine but i was like: "maybe things get dirty in the shop". Initially i don't think they do anything shady, but later they don't even give me any receipt on the work. My friend told me that they re-filter the oil and use that for my car. I'm angry and feels betrayed at the same time. I will go to dealership to change the oil soon. If that oil change void my vehicle's warranty, then me and the shop will have a lot of trouble since that is straight out illegal here in CA.
I needed some brake pads replaced and oil changed. Brought it here and they seemed to do a great, thorough job. One thing that stuck out was the fact that they fixed the bottom covering that was dangling loose, even though I didn't mention it to them. I'll be back for sure.
