I've looked over the statement of the company and it says fair pricing friendly service clear communication. I did not experience any of that. In my experience going there about four times or more I have not received anything near fair pricing or friendly service or clear communication. Instead I paid for a problem to be completed and it was only halfway done and then Walter wanted to charge me more to complete it. On another occasion I paid for a diagnostic which was a waste of money because I had the diagnosis fixed for NOTHING with a friend's help. The quote was for $1,300 cost of the repair. On another occasion I was quoted a price that was lower than what he attempted to charge me. I would suggest any quotes to be put in writing with a signature and the full scope of the project explained on paper before I do any business with Walter.

Hmmmmm, so I was not going to write a review, but then changed my mind because I kept thinking about how disappointed my boyfriend was with the service at this establishment. So recently my boyfriend had a problem with his 2015 Dodge Caravan. He told me he's been using W&J Auto for a long time and had no issue with them before bringing his minivan there recently. So this is what happened to my understanding. While my BF was driving his vehicle the car would shake and just shut off whenever he came to a stop. So he brings his vehicle to W&J auto for them to check it out. W&J told my BF that it was a problem with his catalytic converter, they tell him they can repair it so in good faith my BF trusts them and pays a significant amount of money for this to get addressed. MY BF gets the van back and drives it a few days and guess what?? He is STILL having the "shut off" problem. He goes back to the shop, speaks to the owner and asks if they can fix it, mind you he already spent like over $1000 the first time. They inform him they cannot fix it and that they would not be refunding his money. I really don't have to tell you the disgust and disappointment my BF was feeling. So W&J auto you all messed up BIG TIME, because this is an auto shop my entire BF's family uses and they won't be using you anymore. This is NOT how you are supposed to deliver stellar customer service. Shame on all of you. You could've properly diagnosed my BF's van instead of guessing AND you most definitely should have refunded him. The nerve...

I had a very good Experience here. Owner is very honest person. People here were very polite and quick in taking care of repairs. I recommend this place.
