W Rose Massage

I was very excited to try this place based on the positive reviews. I pre-booked a 120-minute massage, and while the massage itself was good, the overall experience was disappointing. During my session, my masseuse left the room six times to assist people who walked in through the front door. In addition, another employee knocked on my door three times to speak with my masseuse during the massage, which was very disruptive. The session also ended about 10 minutes early. When I asked about a discount due to these interruptions and shortened time, I was still charged the full price. Unfortunately, because of this, I would not return.

ROSE Massage is simply phenomenal. Their service is professional and attentive, leaving me feeling soothed and relaxed. The staff is highly skilled, the ambiance is elegant, making it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend ROSE Massage to anyone seeking a top-notch massage experience.

Cindy was amazing. Rose massage is clean and Cindy was very knowledgeable in massage techniques. I felt so relaxed after leaving! I really appreciate receiving the full one hour massage, not just 50 minutes “other” places may call a one hour massage. It is also reasonably priced.

Went there for the first time yesterday. It’s a very nice place. They were able to give me a massage as soon as I walked in. There is a little bit of a language barrier. The massage was great though! I paid for an hour, but it seemed longer. She definitely didn’t rush. Perfect pressure and she was very in-tune with where I had knots. She didn’t try to sell me any type of “extra” services. I would definitely go back.

Update: Went back again and got a different person. I asked for deep tissue and got an "uh oh" from the massage therapist. It was nothing like the last time and would hardly be considered "deep tissue". I paid in cash and got a "thanks" but wasn't given the option or even asked how much I wanted to tip. I had to ask for change and they said they didn't have change. It took a few times back and forth to get resolved but it takes what is supposed to be enjoyable and relaxing into something triggering. Not only did I have a disappointing massage, they just made it worse with that simple transaction. Hopefully they get it together because the best thing about this place is the clean sheets. OLD REVIEW: Paid for deep tissue, got deep tissue. Clean facilities, freshly laundered sheets, cold water at the end, no funny business.
