Do not go to Dr. Vi Nguyen, unless you want to waste your money and feel disrespected!!! I totally agree with the last 2 comments about her. Had an annual physical check up with Dr. Vi Nguyen today that lasted for less than 5 minutes. Barely examined me physically (~1 min - just for the sake of doing so), asked a few basic screening questions that I've already answered in the health questionnaire forms prior to the appointment. Never introduced herself, looked annoyed and bitter. She acted as if she was granting me a favour, as if I was a huge burden for her, and like a privileged person looking down on her patient. I asked less than 3 questions, but every time she would roll her eyes at me. Her responses were just either 'yes' or 'no', no other explanations. She aimed for minimal talking/interaction, then rushed me out of the examination room and refused to address my medical concern because "this annual checkup only included blood work". Then why didn't you just give me the lab order? What's the point of seeing you for an "annual physical checkup" that's supposed to last 30-45 minutes on average? I just could not believe this kind of attitude and behaviour are coming from a family doctor. I've worked with and was seen by many doctors (both US and Canada), never have I met one that triggered me so much I had to write a review immediately. I was in a rush to get my blood work done and had to take the earliest availability. Don't make the same mistake as me, I am sincerely warning you! I am also a HCP and it's just disappointing to see this kind of behaviour and care directed towards patients. Clinical abilities are one thing, but it's just as much important to treat people with respect and courtesy, a very basic social skill for every normal person, not just doctors. I feel sorry for Dr. Nguyen's patients (just know that you guys deserve better). Finally, just a note for Dr. Nguyen, don't embarrass or de-value your other colleagues (how you portray yourself can negatively impact other family doctors' reputations too). Learn to smile, relax, be polite. It's not too hard, you made it through medical school! If you were going to be a doctor, please act like one to match with the value of your white coat! :)

This lady is coming to work with so much anger. If you decided to be someone primary care physician, at least pretend to care about them and be courteous. You are making your living off your patient so have a little passion and a little empathy toward the people who come to you for medical advises. You will feel much better by the end of a hard working day if you smile more and stop acting like it is us who have ruined your day.

As someone else has already stated, seeing Dr. Nguyen was not helpful because she made me feel as if I were a burden on her day. She never listened to my concerns and would even talk over me just to throw prescriptions at me. She never ordered me any blood or urine test. Not only that, no urine was taken for my ‘well woman exam’ She always dismissed my concerns and even went so far as to suggest very condescending recommendations. I know the medical field has been stressed due to food, but my goodness, where is the empathy or simple humane treatment. I stuck it out with the doctor as long as I could just thinking it was all due to stress centered around the pandemic. However, I have now found a new PCP. I pray other patients have or have had a much better experience than me.

Went for appointment today while searching for a new primary care doctor. No bedside manner and not at all helpful. Seemed more like I was a burden on her day than anything else and honestly, didn't really do much by way of "looking me over". I originally wanted to visit Dr. Hudson but she was out on maternity leave so I got stuck with her. Way to make an impression Dr. Nguyen... I will not be returning.

horrible waiting with an appointment. I hope you can respect people's time and be more professional, The patients are sick and you left my mom waiting 3 hour when she was the first patient, We actually came 30 min before appt to fill out paper work. if you can't get people in on time, let them know a head of time.
