EDIT* response to the business reply: actually, told my mom about it. one week later, I had my mom go into the supply store who is also Vietnamese by the way, who doesn’t have a business to see if they would dismiss her. They actually let her in and let her browse and she literally only bought 1 item, a dip powder color & they checked her out With no issues, even though she did not buy full supplies for a salon/business like they displayed on the windows. They took one look at me and instantly dismissed me. 🙂 my mom confronted them, and asked why they didn’t let me in & their response was if they knew that I was my moms daughter, they would’ve let me in. yes you may stand by your wholesale statement, but in my case it was discrimination. First Walked into the place not even 2 seconds and was told this is for only wholesale business supplies only. I said okay and proceeded to walk in and they stopped me & said that I need an EIN number to go in. not sure what made them think I didn’t have one. First time in 12 years I was a denied entry into a nail supply store in my life Lol.
Once I step in the store, one of the lady came rushing out to ask if we have a beauty salon. I told her yes, then she yell at me saying that we are not capable enough to have one. She was the most impolite owner I have ever met. One of the owner of another supply store we visit before this place vouched for us saying we bought a lot from him and that I was the real deal. She finally believe him, and start trying to suck up to me to buy some supply from her. She disrespect me as a client, so I decide not to spend my money where I am not welcome. I don’t know if she is the owner or a worker, but she need to leave if they ever plan to stay in business. I am never coming back to this establishment. I recommend going to Bro. Nail & Paper Supply, they treat you better than this dump. I will make sure all my friends and family boycott this place. Trust me when I say this, words will get around and then this place will not last.

TERRIBLE customer service. Didn’t allow me to enter saying they don’t sell retail. Their brand name legit says wholesale & retail - so that’s questionable.
