Working with Duke Real Estate and Zach, in particular, has been a pleasant experience. In February I inherited my parents home and at that time I received a call from Duke Real Estate asking if I would be interested in selling the property. I had no desire to convert it into a rental property or put any money into it to make it more marketable. I planned on selling the property as is so I decided to take the call and see what they thought would be a fair offer. Initially I was skeptical that their offer would not be anywhere close to what I felt would be a fair offer. I felt that there had to be a catch because when they called me back with an offer they had not seen the house yet. When it was time to sign the purchase agreement I still was waiting for them to change their minds. To my surprise everything went according to plan and I was able to close on the house the next month. The process could not have been any easier. I did not have to worry about inspections, realtor fees or closing costs and Zach was always willing to answer any questions I might have had during the process. They were true to their word every step of the process.

I very much appreciate all the hoops that the team went through to get our property sold. There were a lot of complexities that they worked through that I wasn’t sure how it was going to get accomplished, but they did. The only constructive feedback that I have is really outside of their control, but I felt like they’re a Title company that we dealt with was very intrusive and would call over and over again, not considering the fact that we might be at work and not able to answer the phone.
