When I think about the customer experience of the companies I use frequently, and more specifically their operational processes I think the Welch Dental Group is actually the best of the best! I'm talking better than experiences such as the Starbucks Mobile order, Marriott remote check-in, United airlines etc. Over the 10+ years of being a customer I have witnessed subtle changes they have made to intentionally iterate and optimize the experience resulting in the smoothest single point of contact experience with essentially no handoffs from scheduling, cleaning, exam and exit! The perfect blend of technology and human touch. Makes me think they have studied systems implemented by Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award winning businesses! Congratulations to your team. You ALL rock.

Love my Doctor and her assistant makes a perfect team are great. I asked before leaving. Can she make sure that I get the same too when I come back from my follow up.

I followed my dentist to Welch Dental, but my experience has been disappointing. The office is clean and large, but it feels like a high-volume operation with little sense of privacy or personal care. The receptionist was loud, and after my exam, another staff member (Claire/Clare) reviewed my treatment plan, including my diagnosis, insurance, and financial summary loudly enough for other patients to hear. I honestly almost asked if the information was meant for me or the entire office. It was uncomfortable and felt like a serious disregard for confidentiality and basic privacy standards. This raises real concerns about compliance with HIPAA. X-rays were also pushed on me, and the hygienist came across as distant, which added to the overall discomfort. At this point, I’m not sure I can continue coming here. Patient privacy and a more personal approach should be a priority.

We found this place when I was laid off in 2022 after 35 years and had to switch to Medicare and buy Dental insurance. My wife's previous Dental office had told her once they started seeing patients again in mid 2022 that she had 6 cavities. We knew they were lying. My wife hasn't had any cavities in years. When we chose Welch Dental Group my wife went for her 1st exam. Her x-rays showed ZERO cavities which proved her former Dentist's office on Post Oak Rd had invented fake issues trying to generate lost income from the pandemic. Welch has proven to be extremely professional, prompt, and personable in providing us expert care. I was just there today having a new crown placed on a tooth that had shattered 3 weeks ago while eating. I loved the lengths that each employee went to in order to make the entire process exactly right. My new porcelain crown looks exactly like a real tooth. If you live near the Katy area and want expert, HONEST, dental care, then run to Welch Dental Group.

SO glad I found this practice. I came for a second opinion after going to another dental practice. I was very worried as the previous dental practice told me I had advanced periodontitis, bone loss, and multiple cavities, and needed 2k worth of work done out of pocket. Dr Ho and the hygienist (I wish I remembered her name) eased my concerns and took time to explain to me that it was a very inaccurate diagnosis and why it was. Everyone here was so kind, including the front desk, and shout out to Anthony, who helped me schedule an appointment and provided me with insurance knowledge. I am so thankful to have found this practice. They are honest and truly kind. They definitely care for their patients and are happy to do their jobs. Thank you guys again!
