This morning, I called in and spoke with Rina, To discuss self-pay options to see my doctor. She was very kind and nice and was able to give me the information I needed in a very short amount of time. And I actually believe I talked to her every time I call and she treats me well every time. Dr. Smith and Rina are the reasons I continue to come back.

I'm concerned about the level of service I’ve been receiving from this office. It has become increasingly difficult to reach anyone or obtain a referral to see a specialist. I have called multiple times and submitted requests, yet there has been zero follow-up or response. As a patient who has been coming to this office for over ten years, I’ve noticed a significant decline in communication and overall care, particularly since 2025. Recently, I was unable to get a proper order for my annual mammogram through this office and had to rely on my OBGYN to get it for me instead. What is especially frustrating is that Dr. Baird does not accept all BCBS HMO plans, and I pay additional monthly costs specifically to keep her as my primary care physician. Given that investment, I expect a higher standard of accessibility and care. At this point, I am seriously considering finding a new provider. The current level of service and lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and does not reflect the standard of care patients deserve.

BEWARE !!!! Between backoffice and billing , they are doing scam. I have insurance and PCP copay just 20, but when they offer nurse practitioner which on same nurse on PCP, cost jacked up 5X. Shame on you wellmed team to do so without informing your patient and doing such malpractice. Regular visit just for cold becoming over 200+ with copay 5x the insurance. SO GREEDY upon ppl sick. I will report such practice to Texas Medical board and HHS

I have been searching for a PCP for myself and my family for months now, not only in network with our insurance but I’m also very picky. To say the least, I think we finally found our home! Everyone gave amazing service as soon as I walked in. I was greeted with a smile and simple instructions to fill out. Listen, the paperwork alone is less than anything else and you’re not second guessing yourself on ten million things of what to put down. Check out was also a breeze. The check out lady, scheduled me for my next appointment and waited patiently for me to finish adding it to my calendar. The nurses who treated me had a natural flow going and were so quick to ensure I would be treated abruptly, safely, and correctly. They made me feel at ease and relaxed, even though I was a little nervous. Also, the kind woman doing my blood work, I did not feel the needle and that’s a first for me! I didn’t even know I was stuck until she was done getting the last tube. That’s an amazing talent! Man, let me tell you about my new favorite Family NP, Rosanna. She is amazing. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She did not sugar coat anything but explained my issues thoroughly and what the next steps can be. The main thing is, is that she listened to me and understood me, without any judgement. She stood out with her brilliant kindness and incredible intellect. Also, she wasn’t rough when medically examining my body. She was gentle and made sure I was comfortable. Thank you, Rosanna, for understanding me. Due to all the interactions, I have had today, I’m taking my family here from now on. This is now our primary spot. We will also follow Rosanna where she goes, she’s definitely a keeper. I am definitely recommending this facility to our friends and family.

I have been looking for a great doctor and or healthcare group, that makes me feel comfortable being treated by them, for a very long time. Sarah Kim made me and my family feel like she really cares about our health. The office staff and insight lab are amazing. I absolutely love her and recommend them.
