Sign in to reviewI've been bringing my 2013 Honda Fit to Wentworth Automotive for just over a year, and it's running like new! The front desk staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and I genuinely look forward to the little treat I get when I pick up my car. Most importantly, I've never felt more comfortable with a mechanic—everyone here is honest, straightforward, and truly has your best interest at heart. I trust them completely with my vehicle and highly recommend their services!
We had a brake issue while on a 2-month trip with our Ram 2500 which we were using to tow our RV. We only had about ten days to find someone to diagnose the problem, get parts, and perform the repairs. We made an appointment for 9:00 am on Wedensday and dropped the truck off with hopes they would get started on it ASAP. Wednesday and Thursday went by and they hadn't started working on it. They were closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We were concerned after five days we would have find someone else to work on it, as we were running out of time. Monday morning, we borrowed a car and drove to the shop to check on our truck. They had started work on it, diagnosed the problem, and had an estimate ready.....what a relief. Later that day they had the work complete. Thankfully parts were available and the work was done that day. It was blocked rubber brake lines and they made quick work of it. Other than the delay getting to work on it, which is the reason for 4 stars, I would have given 5 stars. They did great work on our truck and I'm sure their shop is very busy. Ben and Mike were friendly, easy to talk to and their mechanic found the problem quickly. The work appears to have been done well and the brakes now working properly. We are now back on the road, with confidence in our brakes. Thanks guys!!
We’ve taken our vehicles to Wentworth Automotive three times now, and we’ve been extremely happy with the service. After negative experiences at both the Ram dealership service center and the Honda service down the street, we’re really glad we found this shop. They provide a clear, detailed breakdown of all recommended repairs after the inspection, without being pushy or pressuring you to do everything at once. That transparency makes it much easier to decide what work you’re comfortable moving forward with. Highly recommend.

After scheduling my oil change I had a interview opportunity, the guys at Wentworth got my vehicle maintenance done faster than expected, so I could make my appointment with time to spare. Thanks guys! You're the best!
