I am very satisfied with the service at this office. Yes, it is a busy place but very well managed. I did notice the Manager (Mariano) handing issues left and right to make sure things run smoothly. I will also like to highly recommend Dr. Reza, he did an amazing job with my smile! 😊 He truly cares about patient satisfaction. I am happy!! Thank you so much 🙏.

I came 7 months ago for a check up and the front desk lady tells my my insurance isn’t active anymore I let her know that there was a change in insurance, I provided her my new insurance card and she said to wait 2 hours for it to get approved so we can start work. I let her know I wouldn’t be able to wait and I’ll need to reschedule, so we reschedule and I left, I came back today and the front desk lady tells me they don’t have my insurance and have my old insurance. I let her know that we did this already and fix this issue when I can here last time, she said she didn’t see any new insurance and I’ll have to redo the process, I told her and show her the email I sent and she confirmed she has that email and said I’ll be up next. 20 minutes later they called me in and decided to do work on me before billing my insurance. Truly I believe they are doing fruad, they don’t check your insurance before doing work on you. I spent 2 hours in there they did X-Ray and check up before doing any more work a woman came in telling me my insurance isn’t active. Why couldn’t you guys check this before starting any work on me!! Coming here for 22 years done braces here, I’ve spent thousands of dollars here. These people were my family. But there Customer service practices has gotten really bad. Now I have to find a new dentist. Thank you some much for the 22 year services but your guy customer service and insurance billing services needs to improve. Perhaps new management caused this or old management is getting to old to manage this place .

Disclaimer: I am a dental student. Imagine wasting your time and having your perfectly healthy teeth drilled out just to get scammed. I am writing this review because I do not want to see any innocent people go through this. I went in on Saturday for a regular cleaning. After 3 hours of waiting, an Asian female dentist who didn't even introduce herself came in and told me that I had 2 CAVITIES. This really surprised me since in my 26 years of life I NEVER had a single cavity. She didn't even show or explain the X-rays. She simply took some photos of my teeth and pointed out what she called "cavities," when they just looked like stains. As a dental student, we've already learned about caries diagnosis and the classifications of cavities. When I asked her, "Is this a Class I on #14?" she frowned and replied, "What is that?" After I clarified that I was a dental student, she went "Oh yeah it is." At that point, I felt very suspicious. Since I had already been trained on how to read X-rays, I tried to diagnose myself and did not see any carious lesions. I thought to myself, " I am still a student and have yet to become familiar with diagnosis," so I booked the filling appointment anyway. The next morning, I had a meeting with a dental specialist with whom I work and who has 18 years of experience. He took new X-rays, performed an examination, and told me that my teeth were PERFECTLY HEALTHY. As a future dental provider, I am deeply disappointed by the "service" this place provided. I can't stop thinking about how many innocent patients may have already gone through this without even realizing it. DENTISTRY IS BUILT ON TRUST. Patients rely on us to provide honest diagnoses, and we should only recommend treatment when it is truly necessary. Being told that I needed irreversible treatment when a second examination found no evidence of disease was extremely concerning.

Came in for my appointment today was immediately greeted by the young man in the front I believe his name was Rodney. The staff were all amazing and I was seen quickly within my arrival time, which i appreciate because the wait times here have been crazy recently.. They even made it easy for me to schedule my next appointment. Office was clean and organized and the whole staff was professional.

Although there was a slight issue with my insurance, they still honored their promise. I'm very grateful for their honest and trustworthy work ethic. You can rest assured that choosing this dental hospital is a good choice. I hope to have the opportunity to entrust my and my family's dental care to them again in the future. Thank you so much.
