West Valley Dental is a dental clinic on W Tropicana Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada, serving patients at 9827 W Tropicana Ave #140, Las Vegas, NV 89147. The office has a 4.8-star rating from 163 reviews, and patients often describe their experience in terms of attentive care, skilled staff, and a welcoming environment. For people looking for a dentist in the west Las Vegas area, these firsthand accounts offer a useful picture of what a visit may feel like: professional, considerate, and focused on helping patients feel comfortable from arrival through checkout.

Several reviewers specifically praise Dr. Luong for being both professional and caring. One patient says the experience with Dr. Luong is what brought them back to the dentist, while another describes the doctor’s work as exceptional. Patients also mention the wider team, including the front desk, assistants, hygienists, and office manager. Erica is remembered for a warm welcome and friendly conversation, while hygienists Viona and Cora are praised for being kind and doing good work. These individual comments point to a clinic where customer service is part of the overall experience, not just a brief greeting at reception.

The atmosphere is another recurring theme. Patients say they feel like family and describe the team as caring and skilled, including people who have visited for several years. That sense of familiarity may appeal to those who value a steady relationship with their dental office, as well as newcomers who want a reassuring first appointment. One reviewer, a nurse new to Las Vegas, recalls being seen the same day after calling with a severe toothache. This is a single patient’s account rather than a promise of same-day availability, but it reflects how important responsiveness felt in that situation.

West Valley Dental is located in a parking lot at 9827 W Tropicana Ave #140. The office is open Monday through Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.; it is closed Saturday and Sunday. A past reviewer found the practice through a mailed flyer that offered a free exam and X-rays to new patients, but that review does not confirm whether the offer is currently available, so patients should check directly before relying on it. Overall, West Valley Dental may be a good fit for Las Vegas patients seeking a welcoming dental clinic with positive feedback about Dr. Luong and the care provided by the office team.
