Went in because my teeth hurt, Blue Shield assigned me these people. $409 for some x-rays and for them to tell me they won't be able to tell if I need a root canal without taking off the crown. I declined their excessive costs, got a bill for $409, OUTRAGEOUS! This is a perfect example why our healthcare system is a disgrace and that AMERICA IS NO WHERE NEAR BEING THE GREATEST COUNTRY ON EARTH, FAR FROM IT!

Bad experience. Ivonne at western dental is a terrible person to deal with. I was simply asking for a refund a copy of a receipt and she kept denying it telling me she can’t provide that for me?? She escalated the situation and wanted to have me removed from the building simply because I was “doing to much” when it’s my right to get a simple copy of my receipt to make sure this refund was proceed and went through. It has been months now and it’s still an ongoing case because Ivonne can’t do her job or want to attend to clients needs. Terrible place for service and wait time are atrocious. I reckon not doing any work here as they obviously don’t care about the customers needs only money in their pocket.
I knew my insurance (zero copay for cleaning). Very dirty, inside and out my goodness yikes!! They did standard xrays (old metal plates) plus a 3D orthodontist set (very unnecessary for routine cleaning). They tried to tell me I had a substantial copay. I contacted my insurance they asked them why they were charging, they said it was floride (which is also free). They are being reported by my insurance company plus myself. Make sure you ask questions, when in doubt call insurance on the spot!!!! Scams going on at this place.
Was scheduled for a deep cleaning. Once I set on the chair I was looking around of how filthy the room was. I ended walking out.
